@@prasg1186 I've been thinking exactly the same thing, do they have a some rule of honor about cutting weight, or to improve your own body composition, although sometimes you see an exception. I think on a general level, it can be a matter of the local diet, which is why the body fat percentage is high, thus having to fight against opponents of the same weight but clearly leaner and obviously bigger.
