It was actually the first Rick Riordan book series I've ever read, and I'm now working on PJO

Read the Kane Chronicles Jesse! There is a great sibling relationship and really cool magic and it's super educational too like all Rick's books!

As someone who has read every available book and almost every companion book by Uncle Rick I absolutely recommend reading them, and, just so you know, The Kane Chronicles don't have any spoilers for the rest of the books, and actually take place in between PJO and HoO

The Kane Chronicles is probably one of Rick's best books not gonna lie. Absolutely hilarious and action packed. It never bored me either. Highly recommend reading it!

You should read the Kane Chronicles by Rick Riordan because one of the main characters in named Sadie Kane and she is a strong women with sass.

I like the original covers for The Kane Chronicles. That's just me.

Honestly I feel like the Kane Chronicles are so slept on. It was great for me when they came out because the main characters are biracial and it tackles racism, colorism, and the ways that those issues can affect family tension and experience. These books were so diverse with character backgrounds and issues and this came before his newer diverse books. It shows his dedication and how much he cared from the beginning. They deserve the acknowledgment lol. Also I loved the usage of Egyptian mythology. I think he used it creatively and it definitely has its own life apart from the Greek mythology series. I’ve been thinking about rereading them (since I read them in middle/high school) so I think I’ve convinced myself while trying to convince the world 😂

I just finished the Kane Chronicles and believe me, it's absolutely awesome! I don't know why this series is not as popular as the others. Egyptian mythology is so much different than the Greco-Roman or the Norse stuff. The gods are not douchebags like those greek ones, which was a nice change. Also, there are some pretty great characters. I think more people need to read this series.

Ikr??? ABSOLUTELY NO ONE TALKS ABOUT TKC SERIES! NO FAN ART, NO HUGE FANDOM! ABSOLUTE NOTHING! I'm just glad I decided to read the series though no one actually recommends it. It sooo worth it. Seriously, though, KC is an underrated beauty.

I absolutely love the Kane chronicles! They are so interesting. I loved learning about Egyptian mythology

YESSS I LOVE KANE CHRONICALS. It’s so underrated but it’s personally my second favorite series he’s written (after PJO). They’re super unique compared to the rest of his writing and a high point for me personally

Aw in my school we studied Greek mythology and the paper mosaic I did was of Athena!

I’m currently reading HOO and only really started reading them because I wanted to get to TOA. But they’re actually fantastic and I’m enjoying them so much more than I thought I would (tho idk why I thought Rick’s books would be anything less than perfection 😂)

If it makes you feel better almost everyones behind when it comes to Rick Riordan. He has an entire adult book series almost know one knows existed.

I do LOVE The Kane Chronicles and I wish more people would read them. Idk about a name for your dagger, but to clean the rust off: a quick Google search told me white vinegar or a paste made from baking soda would work, if you want to DIY it. I'm not 100% sure if this will work (sadly I don't have a dagger or much experience with metal) but do some research and try it! It looks really cool!!!

I read the first The Darkest Minds book and it was okay but I didn't like it enough to continue the series. But those new covers are so beautiful 😍

As someone who has read the Kane Chronicles: *READ THEM.* They're the first Riordan books I ever read, and I love them. They're hilarious, and they just have a touch something that his other books don't. I guess I don't know what else to say to convince you to read them other than that this series is what got me addicted to Rick Riordan's books!

It’s ok jesse, I’m so behind on rick riordan’s books. (Im 22 and just now reading the Percy Jackson books for the first time) I’m on the fifth book now I hope to catch up this summer.

I am one of those few people who have read The Kane Chronicles, and you must read them, they have all of Rick's humor mixed with Egyptian mythology, what's not to love? You should just take some time, sit down and start making a dent the unread Rick Riordan books you have.

To be honest, The Kane chronicles did not live up to my expectations. It was good, yeah. But it didn’t give me the feels like all the others did. I couldn’t connect with the characters as much as I’d like to, and I just couldn’t come to like Sadie. (Sadie fans don’t hate me) But of course, that’s just my opinion. Other than that, it was a pretty good read overall. P.s: The burning maze is 😭

I started the Kane Chronicles when the first book was published, and it was so good, that I was saving the other 2 and didn't want to be done with the trilogy, that I read the other two only last week 😅 I can highly recommend reading them, because I love the relationship between the siblings, they remind me a lot of my brother and me, absolutely different in many aspects and always bickering but super supportive in the end

The kane chronicles are one of my favorite series by him! I love it because its told as a podcast kinda... but it's still a story but it's a very funny book and "manuscript"
