Exploring the Structural Design of Renegade RV Models: Valencia, Verona & Verona LE

Let's dive into the detailed construction of the Renegade Valencia, Verona, and Verona LE in this informative video. We dissect the structural integrity and unique features of these models, highlighting their robust build and thoughtful design. Key aspects include the walls, which are composed of a two-inch vacuum-bonded aluminum tube structure, one-piece fiberglass exterior wall and roof, offering superior durability and longevity.
The floor, a pivotal element of the structure, is an impressive nine inches thick. It is meticulously constructed from a three-inch steel beam and two-inch steel joist. This is complemented by double-stacked 2X4's, a three-fourths inch layer of plywood, and a galvanized steel vapor barrier, culminating in a solid, resilient structure that can stand the test of time.
Adding to the RV's distinctive construction, the walls are not only mounted to the side of the floor, but they also rest atop a steel channel. This additional reinforcement is an upgrade compared to standard practices among many RV manufacturers, ensuring enhanced stability and strength.
Join me in exploring the intricate craftsmanship of these remarkable vehicles. Your questions and comments are welcome, as we continue to provide insights into the world of superior RV manufacturing. Don't forget to like, subscribe, and share this video with fellow RV enthusiasts.

Thanks for the great information on the construction of a Renegade, can you tell us how thick the floor of the basement cargo compartments is? This is important to us as we full time and are living in the NW. Currently in a Entegra Class A and are impressed with how warm the coach , including the basement is during the winter months.

Great video, I like you know your product, so many don't know their product. Was wondering if you might do a video on the Difference between the S2RV chassis and the M2 106. I know the the engine and the transmission. But details on the structure. There a people on youtube who think the S2RV is not a M2 so it sucks and therefor it's not a super C. Thanks

Does this apply to the Vienna line?

The Vienna is built different due to the limiting factor of how much weight the chassis can hold. Still an awesome product compared to most built on the Mercedes chassis.
