Hey Anna, I am planning to visit Almaty in December. I wanted to learn ski with my wife. Are there any hotels in Shymbulak where we can stay and learn to skii for 3 days ?

I haven't been at Shymbulak in winter. But sure, there are hotels with skiing facilities. You can check on Booking I guess
Hi how is visiting in August mid?? Is it worthy to visit that time and can I get the greenery view??

Yes, sure. It's a very good time for visiting Almaty. It gets a bit hot during the day (around 28-30 degrees), but it's fresh at night. So, it's good to bring a long sleeve with you too.
