The ancient city of Hoi An became a Unesco World Heritage Site in 1999 and we can see why! With the beautiful display of lanterns, boutique shops, walking streets, and busy markets; this city has so much to offer. While getting lost in the streets, we soaked in the culture, explored magnificent temples, and of course, ate delicious food!
Our time in Hoi An went by so fast and we are sad to leave. It quickly became one of our favourite cities in Vietnam and we can't believe we almost missed coming here because of flooding! We learnt a valuable lesson about trusting locals instead of just what you see on the news.
If you are visiting Vietnam, Hoi An makes a perfect mid way stop between the northern and southern cities. Check it out for yourself! Hope you enjoy the video :)
