Nutana just need a grocery store like they used to have along the Broadway then it's a perfect walkable neighborhood in this city. I live in east end of Riverdale the part that is closer to downtown , its not as nice as nutana but it has access to 20th Street full of restaurants and cafe and of course straight to riverlanding

I have been here 20 years now also love it. Best of all I like a positive attitude. We really do have anything you can want here. And if you find something you need that is not here . Great for you to now provide that product or service. Life is what you make it out to be.

Hello, I'm new to your channel. I'm planning to move to Saskatoon in the near future for my studies, and my wife will be working. We have three children, and I'd like to find a neighborhood that is ideal for families with schools nearby. Saludos de Chile!!

Thing I don't like about saskatoon the roads and streets are way too narrow not wide enough

There are a few narrow streets in some places but not any more so than what I have experienced visiting other cities

Street for car to roam daily are built to national standard, so I'm not sure what u mean by narrow not wide enough? Unless you're driving in some residential avenue then it's narrow .

Angela-hello. What are your thoughts on Evergreen and Blairmore?

Blairmore is largely condos but if you are looking for single family homes, Kensington (the neighborhood over) is a great option. Bothe have excellent access to shops and amenities. Evergreen is on the opposite side of the city and quite well established now with an elementary school and some small shops. Very different vibes between the 2. It would depend on your housing needs as to which would be better suited

I worked there and i hated it, services food clothing and all that was vary poor, i was stalked by the police back to my hotel, shitty city to be a first nations man id never go back, plus id rather be in montana
