I visited in April 2023. Navigo weekly is the way to go, especially if you're flying in, & if you're there for more than 2 days going to Disney & Versailles (preferably starting on a Monday). And if it's your first time in Paris you are going to make mistakes, & those mistakes add up QUICKLY. Also, it's one ticket to go just about anywhere in Paris on the metro, RER & metro busses. There are more in depth videos on YT.

Thank you for your comment! I guess it depends, we landed on Beauvais, which isn't included in Navigo, and we were there from Thursday to Tuesday. So Paris Visite made more sense for us, but either one is great! I think it's fantastic that they have options. Paris is very friendly with tourists. 🤘

Great and helpfull content. Thank you. I'm travelling to Paris next Friday. So even if you have Paris Visite 5 day pass you need to put it in machine at tram or bus? I will get myself 5 zones 5 day pass for return trips to Orly Airport and one to Versailes. I dont want to bother with buying extra tickets and loading up passes. At the end it costs the same for me.

Hi! Yes, the tickets have to be validated every time you enter the bus, tram or metro. If you take more than one trip in the zone 5, it is worth it to get the pass covering all the zones. Have a great trip to Paris! 🤗 If you have any other questions, please ask them in the comments!

Hi I have a question about travelling to Palace of Versailles. I’m going to be staying at TimHotel Gare de Nord. When I put into Google maps the directions for palace of Versailles, it says from my hotel it says I have to take 2 trains. One train to get to RER C, and then from RER C to the palace. So I wanted to ask when I’m at the first train station, would I need to get 4 tickets in total? For example, when I’m going to the palace: I’ll be buying one ticket to use the first train and a second ticket specifically for the palace going from RER C line? Or do I just buy the one $7.50 palace of Versailles train ticket, and I can use this at both trains?

Thank you for your comment, Nazia. You can use the ticket (Versailles) for both trains. The cost of 7.50 is for two ways 😊 Enjoy Paris!
