I prefer Hollywood Beach Florida and Hallandale Beach Florida more than Daytona beach, they just got way more things to do restaurants, bars, lounges and a good nightlife. ☀️

Hollywood in Helendale are absolutely beautiful so much to do just a little more congested and I’d like but everybody has their own taste. Have you ever visited the treasure coast?

Veranda gardens is on and there are another few really nice 55 and over communities up in Tradition, which is only one exit in North

My best advice is do not move to Port St Luis not unless you are extremely wealthy and you like very heavy traffic. Highest taxes in Florida. Biggest mistake of my life. Stay away better places to live in Florida. These new homes are not Built well at all. Lipstick on a pig especially those homes Built during the pandemic, very poor construction materials

Man Mark really appreciate you sending in your comment here. Port St. Lucie definitely isn’t for everyone yet for a lot of people that need to be closer to Palm Beach and even Broward and looking at a price point for a home that has upgrades and so forth. There really isn’t many options also as far as retirees that want to be closer to family down in West Palm, and want more activities around them that they can access For St Lucie is a good spot for them. Also AARP gave it as one of the best places to retire in in the United States due to low crime rates, and so forth that being said yes, the taxes certainly have gone up in the infrastructure was not planned out due to general development corps Initial lack of foresight in their planning for the community all in all, I still view it as you get what you pay for. If there’s anything I can ever do to help you when you want to move out of the community, maybe someplace a little further north where it’s quieter in the lower tax space yet with less access to amenities and so forth, I’d be happy to help you in any way, shape or form it again thank you very much for the thoughtful comment

@lisouthflorida I agree it is a beautiful and safe place to live. I hate the idea that the developers are destroying the city homes being built everywhere and the infrastructure can not handle it already. They are destroying the value on existing homes. One of the only places in America where the value of existing homes is dropping like a rock. Existing homes are not even selling, especially in 55 year old communities.

@@markbotticello-gp9gx good day yes development can definitely be disruptive that being said I’m just not seeing the values drop. I’m seeing them actually stabilize and we’ve had mild depreciation over the last year. Actually where are you seeing the numbers drop?
