Next time, if you want to get deeper into Negril, head to the Red Ground section (any cab will take you there). The Red Dragon serves amazing jerk pork at noonish every day. They sell out every day, so get there early. Red Stripes are $300 J. Just down the road is Collette’s Bar. Collette is the most warm, welcoming person we’ve ever met in Negril…our 19th trip will be this February. Best coffee is from Thunder,a Negril legend. Many restaurants serve it. Glad you enjoyed Negril!

We were away from Negril for too long and seeing the area change but still keep it authenticity makes it such a wonderful place. Maybe we will see you there and we can toast with a Red Stipe! Ricks was so touristy and frankly, I thought it was awful. Over crowded, jam packed with tourists, expensive.
