We started our day by taking a bus from Ella to Matara and then took tuk-tuk ride from Matara to Mirissa. It took around 5 hours to reach Matara and then half an hour to reach Mirissa by auto. Places where we visited were:
1. Parrot Rock
2. Mirissa beach
3. Coconut Hill
4. Secret beach (optional)

There are two options for trains 1 maradana and Colombo fort. I prefer maradana is best and the Colombo Fort is hugely crowded.
