Ғылым және технология

Konnichiwa everybody! We were delighted to embark on a two-week vacation in Japan, and I can assure you, it was an incredible and unforgettable journey.
But before we delved into this adventure, I needed a versatile 'always on' travel lens for this planned trip. I conducted extensive research, as you can see in the video, and I finally made my choice: the Sony 24-105mm F4.0 OSS lens for my Sony A7IV. I utilized it extensively during our time in Japan, and you can witness some stunning shots from our trip in this video. During our 2 weeks trip we visited Tokyo, Tokyo Skytree, Disneyland Tokyo, Disney Sea Tokyo, Shunjuku, Shibuya Sky, Shibuya Crossing, Shrines, Nintendo Store, Pokemon Center, Pepper Parlor, Harajuko, Kyoto, Shinkansen "Bullet Train", Osaka, Universal Studios, Super Nintendo World, Harry Potter, Ryokan, Teams Labs and much more, check out the video for our Japan impressions, have fun!

Once again it shows how important the right choice of equipman is for a camera and then for the implementation of videos. Very interesting and you did a great job of capturing Japan. Thank you Christian

Thank you so much 🤩 The a7Cii is very close to the A7IV and I think it is a great travel combination, but be aware that the lens is quite heavy too, so balancewise it is maybe better on the larger A7IV, in general you see in the video what you will get 😊🫶

How times have changed. When I was stationed in Japan, I visited Tokyo using a Nikon F2A. Tokyo Disneyland wasn't around then, but my wife and I got to see a lot of the city. We even made it to Mt. Fuji. Today I would grab an aps-c camera, Sigma 18-50 or Tamron 17-70, both f2.8 lens. The 24-105 is very heavy and attached to an A74, you have a very heavy setup. But it is good exercise. Did you ride the bullet train? It has to be cool traveling at light speed in that thing.

Hi fist of all: thank you for your nice comment and: yes the city is awesome. I love this city and also the country is beautiful. We missed Mt. Fuji unfortunatly, but we saw it during our Bullet Train, Shinkansen, ride. The sight was okay, I think you can spot it also in my vide. 280km/h is fast. I was definitly impressed. And due to my camera setup, I agree it is heavy but I always wanted a Full Frame Setup and I think it is worth, at least for me. Love the 4k quality and the style in comparison to the lighter APS-C setup, but I have to admit that the A6700 looks also very nice, like your mentioned lenses as well. If you want to see more about our Japan Schedule and even more impressions what we did, feel free to check out my other video I uploaded some weeks ago: kzread.info/dash/bejne/f6lhydWCqJC9eKw.html

Sigma needed too. F4.0 bit too dark for many situations.

Yes you are right, especially in the dark scenes you see that i put the Sigma description in the video, but also the F4.0 is okay, like you see in the last gozilla sequence. This was only 4.0 and there is almost no grain in the picture.
