The variety of ingredients is amazing, I highly recommend checking these places out if you want to expand your culinary mind! Safe Travels back to France Marianna, Jamaica will surely miss you! 🙌

Ameranth is also cooked as a grain like quinoa. It's very high in protein and quite tasty as well. Green cardamom pods got me through culinary school without getting in trouble for eating everything. I'd tuck a pod between cheek and gum and slowly soften it. Then I 'd crunch one tiny seed at a time. One pod would last for hours keeping my tastebuds busy.

It is funny, I just learned about white poppy seeds today. I ordered some from Amazon. If you are suffering from high blood pressure according to some reports it may help reduce your pressure. I will use it in my smoothies. Not sure how can you cook with it

Nice to see that when Indian and Chinese people move to Kingston they have a shop to go to for all their needs.

@@alyciacahn663 This is not news to me. The only surprising thing was the shops. The Indians and Chinese are harder to find. Funny how when I watch videos on Jamaica it's always black people everywhere. But with Matts videos with Marianna I finally see some mixed and unmixed Chinese Jamaicans and of course they had to go to the Chinese supermarket to do so. 😂

Ah man, I just wish Marianna would have showed us the animal products and not been so quick to whisk you away from her personal kryptonite. It's not cool to be like that, imo! Just because one person don't like the h'eggs and fish, does mean it's to be ignored. So many people enjoy fish and eggs and chicken, beef.
