Anyone know more bout the Telegram deal with Josh..like is it a legit think or is it a bug I've tried contacting different pages but haven't heard nothing else as of yet other than through the Telegram and just saying the way it's panning doesn't seem legit so I'm putting it on hold for time being

Yep scam!
I LOVE these " Searching for that one room " videos. I'm a huge 80s fan, kinda into that retro stuff. Great video. I'm so enjoying these exploring videos after so long. Beyond the dark gives me goosebumps and the exploring videos let me relax. I ❤ both!

Same! I got to live threw it 80’s born!
I would ABSOLUTELY move in and live happily ever after here!
I absolutely love this house, it’s quirky and has some great features. I love how he put his dentistry business and his “radio” room within the house, but they don’t affect the fabulous, homely living areas. I love his decor for that time and I couldn’t help notice that he paid attention to nearly all the ceilings and decorated them to be interesting , not just plain space. You mentioned you were tempted to buy it……. Go for it Josh, buy it and get that gem restored, it would be awesome. 🥰😁❤️
Hey Josh, yeah! Another abandoned video! 👏🏼 A few things: • COLORS: The hideous pink and green that you love so much were my Junior-Senior Banquet colors in '87. I went to a small Christian school so we didn't have proms. • WOOD PANELING: Was very popular from the 50's to the 80's. We had it in our house when we lived by the lake. • TV: Looks like it's from the 60's - 70's. • VACUUM: That's definitely from the 50's. • JUG: The green jug is a milk jug from the 50's. • WORD OF THE DAY: A boujee interior design word for custom is "bespoke". • DENTAL IMPRESSIONS: Proper term for the dentist to make cast of the mouth. • BLURRED OUT: Why were so many things blurred out? Is it because the video is sponsored? • JIB DOORS - The doors of hidden rooms flushed against the wall are called Jib doors. • WIDOW'S WALK: The upper level with the windows is called a Widow's Walk. • ON AIR: The red lightbulb is the indicator to show when the microphone is hot or when someone is on air. • FOOD CABINET: The little food box in the basement. • BUY: As much as you like the place, it would be a money pit. Don't buy it. Watch the movie "The Money Pit" with Tom Hanks. 😆 Ok, there's some info for you. Stay safe and be wise. 😇
Thanks for letting me tag along on your adventure ! Amazing find and amazing quality! The kitchen cabinets and Orange 🧡 carpeting reminded me of the old A&W restaurant we had in my hometown growing up in the early 80's ! Wow
I found you through Beyond the Dark but it's so very clear you have an unwavering passion for exploring abandoned places. It's not normally content I watch but your passion makes me watch. You're a great dude Josh. Keep being you
Loving the exploring videos. I also love how genuine & excited you are. Thank you for sharing this with us!
LOVE the exploring videos! This place was definitely a gem hidden in plain sight, it's crazy!
You've been finding some real gems Josh!😁 This and the toy maker's house are just amazing! I hope someday that when you find a great house like this one you can purchase it and restore it.😁
Spiral staircases are really cool looking. But it must be a real pain bringing furniture up and down them

To have everything still set up and not damaged by squatters that’s a blessing that’s beautiful I used to have an old radio room when I used to shoot skip all over the world that’s real to reel taping amazing wow
I really appreciate this type of filming. I love all of your content, but this is like the old days. Thank you for all you do and for always keeping it real! Love you Josh never change💚

Thank you for showing this beautiful abandoned house, i love this esp. the kitchen and the stairs.. And i felt how much you enjoyed exploring it.
Buy it!!!! Looks like a great foundation and the floors also seem intact. A series of renovation/discovery videos of course with exploring videos sprinkled in!!!❤
This was a fantastic explore. So much left behind. Definitely a piece of history most people wouldn't know about. Thanks for posting this.
What a great find, Josh! The dental chair, sink and x-ray equipment was identical to what my dentist used in the '60s. Loved the reel to reel tape decks in the radio studio too! Thanks for sharing.
Love these types of videos!! They’re just like time capsule, perfect way to explain!!! Thank for another good video!!!
List of stuff I found pretty cool! 3:49 That's an electronic, magnetic, AI chess board Super rare & one of the 1st ever AI equipment 6:20 Yoo-hoo glass bottle The Yoo-Hoo drink was founded in 1928 & is definitely better in glass than plastic 6:58 Homart installation of some sorts Homart is a 40s-late 50s home product company. They were, essentially, THE name brand. 7:16 Breva Topper Handmade Cigar Box (50pack) Topper cigars have been made since 1886. In 1920 America passed a law that made cigar boxes MANDATORY if kept in the household These boxes aren't produced anymore, but the cigars are still one of the most desired in America 8:49 1952 "Developing and Printing Made Easy" Book by Ansco Ansco was the most popular photography development & other products brand of the 50s 10:24 Coupon Keeper I couldn't find this exact one, because there's 1000s, but coupon wallets/books were made in the 20s RIGHT after the coupon was invented 12:35 Double Eagle Motor Oil canister I couldn't find this exact one, but Double Eagle Motor Oil was founded in 1928 13:13 Emerson AR520 Microwave made in 1980 17:44 Singer 248 Fashion Made sewing machine This model was designed in 1953 & manufactured in 1971 Singer was founded in 1850 by Isaac Merritt Singer and patented 1951 The radio setup is most 70s-80s equipment 29:36 (i think) M.R.E. Food crate M.R.E. Are ready-to-eat (some need hot water) assorted food packets for the armed forces M.R.E. Was founded in 1963 for quick meals Overall an absolute gem & surprisingly well kept house
Top exploring Vidio 👍.. thanks for sharing.. greeting from Indonesian traditional gold prospecting 🇲🇨⚒️⚒️👍👍👍👍
I love these old exploring videos and seeing all the old things that was there and kinda hearing the back stories
Thank you so much for the video Josh ! I love watching all your videos ! I love to see how looks abandoned places, mansions.. it's really amazing ! I hope I will travelling and see them in reality not just in KZread :)
Love your videos josh
I like your appreciation for the older homes, its always interesting like walking into the past, every time I ghost hunted central state here in Indiana before they demolished it, always felt back in time.
LOVE EVERYTHING YOU DO JOSH ❣️👀👻👀, scary ones too! Your just awesome all together 🤘🏼
This place was surprisingly huge I would love to find a home like this, with all the secret rooms that make the house feel endless. Its sad that they dont make home like this anymore
Man Josh, where do you find these awesome abandoned places! this is why your channel is so awesome!!🙌🏼
The green shag carpet and wooden wall panels were from the 70’s.❤
I agree with you, time capsules like this are so neat to explore. I love traveling all over seeing all these cool places with your channel. BTW the red light in his radio room would have been on while he was broadcasting and the mic was on. A lot of small radio stations use them to let people know they are on the air and to be quiet.
I love all your contacts brother I love the mixture of exploring haunted version of your channel I like the way you mix things up you’re doing a good job man kudos to you keep up the good work and I’ll keep watching and hitting that like button
This is honestly what I subscribed to you at first for some years ago 😄 I find it so weird and fascinating how most of these abondoned houses has soo much stuff lying around!
The red light comes on when you’re on air so nobody talks while you’re playing a record or a tape or something to let everybody know you’re live and on air.

That is what I was thinking as well...
Red light is " ON AIR " If I recall correctly. Or possibly a warning light trip wire. When you found the hidden entry to a massive area my mind Surfed wormhole slide style to war times. Hiding people etc. The Dentist chair shook me a bit as well, gave me body squirms. Not pleasant. Great show 👏

Yes you're correct. It means on air!
OMG that radio room was amazing. Having gone to broadcasting school and worked in television as well, I recognize a lot of that old equipment. I am sure my older brother had that same Hitachi Tape player. wow.
thanks for the content man, love all your vids
I’m feeling old. So many memories. Thank you for showing things like the vacuum.
I absolutely love when you do videos like this. I love looking back in time at some of the unique stuff. This is a great video my friend keep it up
That place is AMAZING!! Could u imagine if that place was fixed up an cleaned!? Its a maze, all those connecting rooms would get u lost! I love it!!
I remember having one of those tv in the den before the newer tv came. Love seeing this house. Thanks for showing us this abandoned house. It is very interesting seeing the old dentist equipment. Very sad that the family left all the things in the house. The radio equipment was amazing. Love seeing your videos and content. ❤❤❤❤
this video seems so interesting! i can’t wait and early!!
Oh damn that suitcase with the side and back pockets, my grandma who came over from England after WW2 had those exact style suitcases crazy!
Glad you’re doing the exploring videos again I prefer these x
Hey Josh, I'm 62 & I remember when I was young - even as late as the early 1990s, seeing the grocery store called "Park & Shop"!!!
Wow, what a place, really great video Josh, thank you, wouldnt surprise me if someone came along and takes all this stuff to put into a museum, hope you are well, much love, take care, stay safe xx UK 🇬🇧

Great explore, as always! Still a very homely vibe in that place, especially around those stairs.
God I’m so happy I came across this page again, I haven’t watching in years but this last weeks I’ve been watching josh non stop. Keep up the good work!
I really like this house! It doesn’t seem to be beyond repair, and it would be really cool to bring it back to life. Boy, it just never ended! And I love the look out. That stairway was really insane! I really enjoyed this one. Thank you!
Another great explore always so happy to see your videos keep up the good work much love and respect to you
Just amazing, another look back into the past so passionately and creatively done ❤ really loving the latest abandoned documentary’s
The telly is from the 70s.. That is probably nicotine on the tube.. Smoke gets in everything! This is a great place, Josh!! Damn it's huge and so many twists and turns!! Right on!! Another time capsule in the books!! On to the next!! Cheers from the high desert!!
I like your videos even before I watch them. Josh you out so much love into your work and explores. Thank you for bringing us along it means the world.
Love love love it! Wish I had an old abandoned place to fix up. Amazing!
That house is so cool, I love the maze set up of the rooms. And Josh thank u for asking info from us older people. So many things in many of ur houses and the contents being me to my childhood. Thx again Josh.

Josh, I am Russian myself and I love this video SO MUCH!!! so hard to believe russian guy actually lived here... thank you so much for a video!
What a treasure! So many items stirring up memories for me. Too many to list. My dad recorded a radio show out of our home in the '70s. He used a reel-to-reel recorder like one in the radio studio. Love this video Josh! 💙👍👍 Thank you! Thank you! 👻☠💀🖤💙🖤💙🖤💙🖤💙🖤💙🖤💙🖤💙
This is fresh! Right back to your roots bro, sick edit.
This is so amazing Josh!! I would love to see this house in person. I'd actually love to have that house and have it restored to all it's old glory. Imagine how beautiful that house was in its hay day!! And the radio equipment! AHHH OMG! Great one Josh keep going!! Much love ❤️ ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I like the exploring part of this channel the best!
It's such a nice house, so well made with classic charm, i love the blue and pink and all the wood, it would be a shame if it was knocked down, you just don't get houses like this anymore, it has such a nice cozy vibe and it would look amazing if it was cleaned up, fixed and maybe sold to someone who would adore it, i'd hate to see it destroyed
So cool man glad it still looks pretty sweet. Keep up the great work man
new exploring video to make my sick day better!
Thanks for the amazing explore! I love the explore AND the haunted stuff! This definitely brought back 80’s-90’s memories, and that place is huge! If someone had the money to restore and get it liveable again……….. man what a treasure it would be! I’m surprised with the family still alive and around that they would leave so much behind like his equipment and especially especially the family pictures! Thanks for the great time exploring with you!
Hell yesss I love these videos !! Great to see you back in your element Josh keep it up !!!! sending love from Indiana 😁😁
Amazing Josh! Outstanding work 🎉
Good Afternoon Josh wow that was incredible, he was a really talented man. Absolutely blown away by the radio room and how untouched it looked. That apartment appeared to be pretty large. Loved the interior architecture seriously coolios. Great job on capturing it in its full beauty. Have an amazing rest of your week
Love your vids
Thanks Josh!!! Totally reminiscent of my grandparents and childhood. So cool.
I love that house and the old drill press that was awesome thank you Josh
That photo of Park N Shop is a supper market still in existence in Massachusetts. That's really neat you found that picture! Great video!
What a badass location!!! I can almost picture what that man looks like just by the story. Thank you so much for keeping the memories alive! I bet the red light bulb is for "On Air" like in the old days! The colors and architecture are so asthetic!
Love the video thank you josh and incredible place such a beautiful place and keep up the good work Josh

That was such an awesome video, thank you. It reminds me so much of the '80s. I was born in 1985 so I remember a lot of that stuff
Josh that was amazing. Lots from the 70s. Especially the TV's. The radio equipment is worth a small fortune. So many rooms. It's unbelievable. Awesome explore. Yes buy it and renovate it. You'd get your money back easy.
Maybe the red light in the broadcasting room was lit when he was live "on air" Awesome time capsule explore!
