1) Lempuyang Temple:
Pura Penataran Agung Lempuyang is a Balinese Hindu temple or pura located in the slope of Mount Lempuyang in Karangasem, Bali. Pura Penataran Agung Lempuyang is considered as part of a complex of pura surrounding Mount Lempuyang, one of the highly regarded temples of Bali. The temples of Mount Lempuyang, represented by the highest pura at the peak of Mount Lempuyang, Pura Lempuyang Luhur, is one of the Sad Kahyangan Jagad, or the "six sanctuaries of the world", the six holiest places of worship on Bali.
For visitors who want to trek up the mountain, there are 7 temples to visit in total. However, the famous “Gates of Heaven” are actually located at the very first temple which is a short 10-minute hike from the base. The views from the first temple are truly breathtaking, especially if you happen to come during sunrise.
You have to dress accordingly and clothing must cover your shoulders. You also have to wear a sarong around your waist which can be rented before you enter, at the base of the temple. Women who are menstruating are forbidden to enter, and there is a strict rule against kissing or lifting your feet higher than your waist.
These rules are non-negotiable, as the temple is very sacred to the local Balinese, so you will have to conform.

The Patirthan temple illustrates the historic significance of Tirta Gangga in the Balinese tradition as a pilgrimage and holy water site.
Tirta Gangga, in the Karangasem regency in East Bali, was once a part of the royal palace surrounded with captivating landscapes, fascinating history and traditional markets.
This is a lavishly decorated water garden located in East Bali, spread over 1.2 hectares of crystal water pools, natural koi ponds, and surrounding tropical gardens.
The central attraction of the garden is an imposing eleven tiered fountain.
The garden has many ponds with large red carp and koi fishes that can be seen roaming in the clear waters of the garden, and you can feed them from your own hands too!

The temple has several holy springs which are said to have been created by The God Indra and believed to be blessed water that could purify those who bathe there.
Tirta Empul is dedicated to Vishnu, the Hindu God. In the Balinese language, Tirta Empul loosely translated means water gushing from the earth, which for this reason Tirta Empul is regarded as a holy spring. The Tirta Empul Temple includes shrines to Shiva, Vishnu, Brahma, as well as one for Indra and Mount Batur. It is considered one of the five most holy temples in all of Bali and is considered one of the holiest water sources in Bali
The holy springs here bubble up into a large, crystal-clear pool within the temple and gush out through 30 waterspouts into the two sacred purification pools. Local Balinese and Hindu worshippers stand in long lines in the pools waiting to dip their heads under the waterspouts in a purification ritual known as melukat

Bangli is host to mountain lakes and streams that make Bali so fertile. Numerous villages are scatted across a landscape of rice terraces, lush valleys and forests.
Tibumana Waterfall is a true hidden gem, and definitely highly recommended for those want to enjoy beautiful scenery, cool breeze atmosphere, peace and tranquility.
Tibumana derived from the word ‘tibu’, which means a deep riverbed or plunge pool. This can be spotted from the extensively deep plunge pool of the waterfall.
The water is no more than 6 feet deep, so diving is not an option. You can stand right underneath the waterfall and let the hydro pressure do wonders for your body pains and stress relief.
