The Water Palace, Bali -Tirta Gangga (Sacred Water from the Ganges) @mybaliactivity
Built for the King of Karangasem, this amazing Temple and Palatial grounds feature amazing pools and fountains, set beneath the gigantic Mt Agung Volcano.
Almost destroyed in the big eruption of the 1960's, the grounds were restored and the pools once again flow with the water from under a giant Banyan tree fed from the same volcano.
A great family attraction, and you can even bring your bathers and swim where kings and royalty once bathed.
Only $5 entry and a beautiful drive through the hills of N/E Bali.
A massive selfie and photo opportunity and a lovely day out.

Beautiful thanks Muzza
We went, that was our guide with you, good cafe inside and yes there are good toilets there. Beyond the instagram hype, you really appreciate the Balinese understanding and skill for gardens. This palace has been passed onto the king’s grandson. There are kings for different regions. It is fairly level with only a few steps for those with mobility issues and it was cooler than down south
Nice place
Definitely a must in September
Thanks Murray another great video.
Wow that pool is stunning
I'll be visiting there for sure
Keep them coming :) bring on 10k subs mate 🥳
New camera ? The picture quality is amazing 😊
AWSOME
This palace is so amazing thanks for video
I've been here, when I stayed in Amed, it is truly a beautiful water palace. This one is my favourite I've been to so far in Bali. Was great to see it again, thanks Muzza for the update video, great video footage
Beautifully captured images, the aerial shots were particularly lovely. Are there toilet facilities there? On fluid tablets and need to accommodate for this in my planning. Would love to visit during our trip.
Looks amazing defiantly a place we will visit . Thanks for sharing .
Nice work Muzza! We arrive in there 4 hours. Which night is your Jimbaran night this week?
Brilliant video Muzza. I will be there around the 10th Sept, and after seeing this video I think we will do the guided tour as well. Really enjoying your vlogs of Bali, especially since it has the Aussie touch to it.

100% agree. the guide made it all worthwhile and told us the history and the culture behind every statue and fountain etc. well worth $15 and helping the local community
Hey Muzza We will be over in December and will bring you some S&V chips.... in the mean time how do we communicate re catching up etc... Thanks Chris, Max Cal and Kacia
I have been there 4 times and swam in the pool 3 times(cool but refreshing). It certainly has been substantially restored in recent years. Worth a visit and it can be combined with seeing Sideman, Candi Dasa and Amed.
Good question, how do we contact you when we are in Bali.???
