I was 3 in 98 but I can remember my dad almost taking me on the cable car I started to cry so he never took me on it 😂😂 my sister remembers it a lot even the roller coaster I've been coming to scarborough for 30 years next year 1995 and I still go to this day! I really want to write a memoir about it I've put away a novel idea set here too so we'll see 🤞🤞💖

I remember when Mr marvels American fun park adventure first opened back in 1984 . I was 19 years old at the time ,it was an amazing funfair in its day and it was great. I remember when first chair lift was installed it's was brilliant and always busy .it's sad to see it in its state today and left abandoned for so long 😢

I never knew about this place until recently! The site of Frontierland Morecambe is the same to me that holds childhood memories.

There was two ways car From peasholme too! All still there are the bottom. So sad to see I like this

I remember the smaller chairlift, took you from Peasholm Park direction. Remember that around 1999/2000 ish, me and my sister were going to go on it, but it was wet and the attendant was drying off the cars. But we were still unsure of what it was like. I was about 9-10 at the time and now 34

Wow, what a fantastic memory! We'd forgotten there used to be two chairlifts as we only remembered the one in south bay - so great to take a closer look at what remains today for sure 😀

Remember in the 1970's it was scarborough zoo, they even had dolphins.

I’ve heard of this place but never been unfortunately I’m visiting Scarborough again soon so might take a walk up if I’m feeling energetic , nice one Joe 👍

Used to love this place whilst on holiday in Burniston just down the road for several summers. Me and my sister used to love the rollercoaster. Gutted it closed
