Wait... so Drayton Manor have a DILOPHOSAURUS!!!??? I'm surprised Universal Parks haven't done them yet since they've already done Velociraptors, Triceratops and Stegosaurus.
It's a seperate entertainment company who the park hire in for the event, however Drayton Manor does have a dinosaur themed area within the zoo. It's a very common theme and Universal Studios only possess power over the Jurassic Park & Jurassic World IPs so they're okay to have what they have 😊👍🏻
@@TPIOfficial I still wonder if Universal Great Britain will consider introducing their own Dilophosaurus suits since that company did it first alongside Drayton Manor and shows them that a Dilophosaurus suit is possible.
They could well do yes. Universal Great Britain is looking almost certain to proceed so only time will tell 👀😉

We got the bus from Glasgow down to Scarborough for a holiday when I was a child. I have fond memories of Scarborough! I remember using the chair lifts, going to Mr Marvels, Kinderland, the outdoor swimming pool & also Terror Tower.

Efteling has problems fairly regurarly lately. I recently went and several rides did not work, including Droomvlucht. I have been to Efteling many times and never had there been a broken ride before. Not sure what is happening lately.....

i was speaking to a staff member when visiting the other day who roughly confirmed some things, so heads up for spoilers. they did say it could change. there will be that 4d elements before the drop, projections and water elements, and after dropping down, you’ll be able to see the new sea lion enclosure, i imagine that would be in that newly built up area on the left. the old sea lion enclosure could be left or demolished as it is getting old and too small for the new sealions. overall pretty excited for what’s to come!
I remember going on the Log Flume at Fantasy Island for the very first time with my dad back in August 2012 when I was 12. It was great fun, and then my sister went on with my mum. We went on it again the following year in August 2013 when I was 13, but this time we went on as a family in the same log.
And they wonder why kids are all messed up now.... Nothing to do. Ffs.

I wish there was another drop added to this ride as even this new addition to the ride i doubt it will bring the numbers in. I just hope they have new boats too as the last time i went it was running 2 boats max! In the early days it had multiple boats and had a decent throughput.
I definitely need to get myself back to Fantasy Island. I’ve not been here for ages. Odyssey is definitely rough. I remember not liking it at all whereas I do like Kumali. I just couldn’t do that tower ride lol nope - pterodactyl was enough for me lol - Matt sounds like me although I’m sure I was more frightened lol

This park in particular kinda reminds me of Adventure Wonderland in Bournemouth, if you've been there, the park looked really tired & dated that needed the state of repair. Unfortunately (or fortunely) it closed down in 2023 due to high costs of running the theme park which i was kinda hoping for. Although i used to go there on some occasions as its my local park from my home, my family would always go to Paultons Park which undoubtedly is the best family theme park in the UK which i haven't been since the opening of tornado springs in 2021. Although lightwater valley is going the same road as "the American adventure theme park", Camelot & pleasure island which all of these parks had closed down, i wouldn't be surprised if this park closed down aswell. Lets see what the future holds for Lightwater Valley shall we?
