    Regarding the video, you need to be a bit louder, the music down a smidge and if you want to break something up long like this into "chapters" that always helps your viewers.

    Tremendous approach to doing this! The women here were A LOT better looking than at your typical rock show. It was probably the mix of country/indie/folk acts & booze marketplace. Southern girls man.... There were no local breweries b/c this is a LiveNation | Danny Wimmer event - they only deal with the big companies (yes, Laguanitas is big) that will commit to all their festivals. Peel back the curtain and everything is 100% corporate, with huge advertising agencies and firms behind every single thing you saw. Those small local KY/OH breweries sadly can't afford the $45,000-90,000 fees it would cost to be there for the weekend. Oh, and no credit cards = no reported income. Simple as that.

    Live nations owns most of the venues in town. And all those have local craft beers.

    @@kybrewreview Well then the big breweries and their major distros must of agreed to these high price placements in exchange for "blocking out" the local breweries. I noticed there were not a ton of beers - and mostly InBev brandsd, which prob lead to higher fees paid and more people "funneled" towards them. Plus if you were a microbrewery, would you put your marketing dollars towards a bourbon festival?

    What was the main difference between a regular ticket and the beyond VIP? Did the beyond VIP ticket include all booze? Was the beyond VIP section busy? Would you be guaranteed front row?

  • @kybrewreview

    @kybrewreview

    4 жыл бұрын

    We were in the VIP section, you Re pretty much guaranteed front row or be pretty.much within 15 feet of the stage, there is a large tent with TV and a few bars and food vendors so you dont have to wait in line like the general admission. And aside from the front row the other major and most important feature was actual bathrooms with attendants and not port a pottys. The beyond VIP is not worth it in our opinion, you do get all the things we just mentioned just with less people, also I believe they have waiters and they were also doing massages there.

    It's expensive but if you really love music, it's worth it, you get access to the front row and you can come and go as you please, not to mention real bathrooms.

    In my adult life I've never payed to go see any event like a concert, ball game, circus, theme park, or festival. When I was younger in school and church I got to go to on field trips and events which many I got banned from going. Haha I don't care to go on vacations or anything. I like to stay home.
