Wrong staging in front sitting room and the second as should leave room to use the said glass doors to show the home. Love the lift that is a selling point for me. Better staging would sell this kitchen as well it's lovely despite that with terrace. If the buyer decided to divided the cellar to make a separate flat could make back some of that 13 million. OOh a conservatory now that is a nice feature :) that main reception room could be a livingroom area instead and let the lower one into a proper dining room as it should have been. That second space a china cabinet area. All the bedrooms are a normal size and love that mini kitchenette. The upper would be great for an office or storage but where was the laundry?

Lift? Nice. all the rooms on display were exceptional except the main kitchen area.The chandelier/overhead lamp just doesn't work for that space. Something more like a spider-web lamp that sits close to the ceiling maybe $16 Mill USD a bit high from ones I have seen.

13 mil for this little cottage😂😂...the ceiling is so low in some of the rooms and rooms are so tiny and crowded

Location, location, location. Some of these old, renovated townhomes are narrow and usually 4-5 floors high. Elevator in the home is a nice feature. Access to the roof is also nice in some of these homes as a get away and for the view.

The ceilings are low in some rooms but the reception and ground floor takes the cake! 🍰

i doubt the owner will ever stay in this property for a day after buying it.

That's probably right. Bought for a couple of mill, tarted up and sold on. It's a bit too contrived for my liking and definitely not worth £13mill.

For that price I' want a separate dining room - eating in the kitchen while entertaining - with views of pots and pans??!! Open concept is on the way out...

Subscribed. You could be the next big channel, like that american guy that did the same in NY. My only feedback is, try to rehearse/work on your wording, you tend to repeat the same room name / item over and it breaks the flow. I feel if you want to exceed at doing this high end luxury style channel, your presentation and rhetoric needs to match the class of the imagery, hope that makes sense and best of luck.
