Well done! The only thing I would have added is a powder room on the entry level. Also, there's no indication of a laundry chute from the bedroom floors to the basement. Very cool renovation though.

Same here. I always pick 'my' bedroom. Then I pick my childrens rooms and think about Where I'll put all the furniture.

This floor plan is awesome! With outdoor space too! Gorgeous! The only flaw is the lack of an elevator or at least a dumbwaiter! Who wants to haul laundry right? Other than that.... I love it.
5 Floors and no elevator??? The home is nicely laid out. Everyone gets their own bathroom which is nice. There is even outdoor space incorporated via rooftop terrace spaces. Great home to quarantine in with the family. Just can't get past lack of elevator when the 2 car garage has an elevator. smh

Those buildings are old and refurbished, they never had elevators.

This is the kind of house only a millionaire can afford. Every room delivers! It's a neverending house. I can't get over the fact it has 3 outdoor spaces that are big to begin with, but that rooftop space is to die for! This is the best space I've seen in Brooklyn so far. You guys didn't cut corners, and you thought of everything (that a woman would want 🥰)!

The whole of Brooklyn has been gradually transforming into these expensive places since the late 1970's or so - when a friend of ours bought a smaller brownstone in Fort Greene area around 1969 we poo-poo'd his decision, but boy were we wrong - he knew it was just a matter of a few years & now his home is worth millions$ !

EXCELLENT tour! I've seen plenty of property tours on KZread and this was of the best. Before looking at the video description, I thought to myself that this property would cost four million and I was right! Very thoughtful renovation and I fully appreciated the central HVAC being that's so rare in NYC residential spaces. I lived in Brooklyn for eight years and sadly never got to know Brooklyn as I never explored the Borough cause I could care less being from Manhattan and thought of Brooklyn as being some dirty foreign country, how wrong I was! Now thirty-four years after moving out of NYC and thoroughly used to central HVAC and a two car garage, this is encouraging if ever I want to move back....NOT! I don't recall seeing the square footage of this townhouse, what is it? Excellent job!

If I were a millionaire I would buy it right away...the only thing I didn't like was the kitchen color and the glass window in the room connected to the bathroom...I don't see the point of that at all...but besides that this is my dream house....😊

Certainly spacious and luxurious, and now I know what "stacked garage" means! I'm not keen on the frosted glass window in the master shower, nor would I be happy with the laundry at the cellar level, but if I had $4 million to spend I guess I could afford to remedy such things. Buyers of this townhouse wouldn't care that it's so far from the nearest subway station.... !
