The designer or designers of this house have excellent class. The kitchen, the garden and the furniture gosh, I love it. The architect's I will give them 100 percent point for the space. The space fits me well.

Wow 🔥🔥I really love the Chateau style of house it doesn't look like a commercial it gives off this homily vibe 😭😭 don't get me wrong ultra modern designs are beautiful but they feel like an advert inside and outside for some reason to me 😂😂 Shoutout to Marussia for the awesome tours and presentations

Thanks for stopping by. Properties of this caliber get sold cash - or maximum R5mil bond. If you were asking about costs to run this with regard to monthly rates & taxes and levies, you’re looking around R8,000 and R10,000 respectively.

How much does it cost to build a house like this. It's a fair guess nothing cheaper than what's it's sold for or that would be a lose. I would want to build one some other day.

Great question. Based on what I think, a lot depends on (1) where you buy the land, and (2) your finishes per sqm. Steyn City? R5-10mil for 1,000-2,000 sqm land, plus house of 800 sqm at R20,000/sqm. That’s a sweet R21-26mil price tag🤔

That’s correct - these owners decided not to install one. In my experience, buyers have a love-hate relationship with pools & tennis courts. Plenty of space to do so for the new owners.

@@LuxuryHomesJohannesburg Honestly it's the price tag. It's a beautiful house I get it but, the person who will buy it probably doesn't even need the extra property. The cost of a decent house for most families can amount to R600 000. The whole price of that R32m house can buy 53 families a decent home. When are the rich going to stop being selfish? Stop wanting more than you need! May the Lord touch their hearts.
