I've watched this 3 or 4 times now and it never gets old. I've got tears rolling down my cheeks right now. Hard hitting news coverage there.

I think the only thing that bothered me about this video was how the reporter said any word with "w" and then "h" after. So "whale" sounded like "Who-ale"

The current approach is to drag it out to sea, where sharks and other scavengers quickly dispose of the remains. This is a very funny reminder of what not to do.

A good idea but too much was left on the beach and the flying chunks were clearly too big. Should have used lot more explosives and a much larger safety perimeter. Oh, and of course, the whale was already dead you silly people .

That's what you get when you spend billions of dollars for your nuclear pyrotechnics display, than saving up for civil use. The money used for blowing it up, could have been spent on forklifts and bulldozers, just to give the poor animal at least a humane burial.
