hope you respond or someone who gets it at least , what is so confusing to me is the eccentric phase of the contraction , if the force is high then why would the velocity be high ? isn't controlling the weight down as slow as possible generates more force while the velocity is slow ?

When the load is extremely heavy, you can only lower it eccentrically, you can't lift it concentrically. And if load was to increase more, the eccentric phase cannot be lowered as slowly, so velocity increases. This is more appropriate to call the load-velocity relationship, not force-velocity 👍

how does velocity increase at top stage of eccentric contraction with larger force

eccentric actions aren't able to control the high loads and slowly, so velocity increases - although increases in the opposite direction
