The fact that Fionn's name is actually pronounced as either Find or Finn makes that story a lot funnier to me. Just the idea of summarizing it quickly, makes me chuckle. "So Finn has the Salmon of knowledge, and asks Finn to watch it, but Finn accidentally eats the grease when it burns him, so Finn gets all the knowledge instead of Finn."

For Enkidu, in the Fate version of the myth according to Strange Fake, Enkidu and Humbaba are basically siblings. When Enkidu was still a wild creature after being created by the gods, they and Humbaba (who's a girl in Fate) were childhood friends. As they were both made by the gods Enkidu started seeing Humbaba as a sister of sorts.

I think that Romulus=quirius CE is also a reference of his NP. Per aspera ad astra, "through difficulties to reach the Stars".

all Demigod's in Fate are pretty garbage Gil and Herc seem to literally be the only people who benefit from the divinity here in Fate we don't remember Medea is quarter divine cause Rin would die when she attempts Kenpo in UBW you can also kill Cu with cinnamon and bell peppers via poison overdose meanwhile in tsukihime you need a goddamn narrative cheat to kill a Vampire think Nasu needs a vacation let the idea's sink in

@Tony Infinite but the status of Gol and Herc as demigods is mentioned in fate and in their own mythology. In fate as well as the Ulster cycle barely mentions the fact that he's a Demigod. Yeah sure you can blame the Christians for doing that but at the same time a lot of be unmolested text is equally guilty of barely mentioning it.

@@madambutterfly1997 Medea myth is documented as Helios's granddaughter yet fate never brings it up and Medusa's curse is so OD she goes from god to a feeble girl who gets axed by kung fu teacher said curse isn't named mind you just a random curse and Cu's spear in Fate is a disappointment compared to the legend of Gae Bolg Fate drop the ball hard on mythology

@Tony Infinite what happened with the spear was necessary for the convenience of the plot. Artoria is the poster girl of the series. She has to be in danger but she can't be perma-killed this early in the 1st act. In heaven feels she wasn't killed early on she was corrupted

@@madambutterfly1997 the nerf wasn't done for Artoria her luck negates all of Gae Bolg passive they we're nerf due to Shirou high school boy needing to survive the crappy school encounter. in any other series Cu vs Arthur would have been hype but in Fate Artoria is clearly Alpha which sucks hard

So before I got into FGO I actually used Lalter's Bond CE as an image for an item for the D&D campaign I was playing in. And even when I started playing FGO I didn't realize they were the same image until I reached the Lostbelts. Which imo is proof that Lalter's armored design is her best design.

About the dogs in Cu Proto's CE: I think it's also a reference to Prototype in which his Master (Reiroukan Misaki I think it was?) gave him 2 dog familiars (and the green spear to hide Gae Bolg --cool idea I wish they kept for FSN lol) As for Ryouma, it is a followup to his Rider Bond CE but yes, just like a lot of things Gudaguda-related, it's OC glowup lol

I take the Elixir CE's description to imply that Elizabeth's concoction inevitably had very dire effects and eventually led to her downfall.

Cu says that he was so impressed by the original hound that he personally raised his young to be even more impressive guard dogs, so it would have been important to mention that detail during that CE's section.

The Romulus=Quirinus CE is actually referencing how he is a Lancer who uses hus arms as his weapons. Something about the infinite love he holds for the people of the universe because he represents human civilization at its core. Roma being a civilization that had an infinite impact on the world just makes his NP deal more damage to Roman enemies as well. He is a God of Civilization, a Grand Servant that represents all that humanity has ever done and ever will do as a civilization, growing infinitely until "The Entire Cosmos is Roma=Everything is Human Civilization"

Another fun fact about Caenis' bond ce The Trident being placed upright is a reference to one of many tellings of his story. In defiance of the gods he placed his trident upright in the middle of a market and people made sacrifices to him rather than Poseidon. Zeus seeing this act of defiance sent 5 Centaurs who Caeneus slaughtered. Zeus then sent more who did the usual Tree stack strategy.

I think the use of word demon are different in every culture, demon doesnt always translate to christian version of demon. Like oni sometime translate to demon even though they are very different
