@@vjam139 It isn’t a political party anymore. It is basically a band of thieves, working together and benefiting each other. The Motto of PPP in Sindh is to hold on to power, inducting Sardars and other electable politicians, through give and take. The development budget has hissas given to party high ups and their cronies. I’ve heard that even the ministries have a set up where certain percentage goes to the big house, and what’s left is shared by minister and bureaucracy. Apparently it’s 60 to 65% that is kept for development, 35 to 40% goes in pockets outright !! And there is no one who can put a stop to this. We thought a certain institution must surely be looking at these things and trying to put a stop to the massive corruption of state resources. But unfortunately, we were wrong.

This should be series. PPP needs to be exposed and people like Imtiaz who have so much knowledge are perfect for the job.

It's great to see a bright and knowledgeable journalist from Sindh! I was born, raised, and educated in Karachi. The Sindhis of that era were educated, liberal in their thoughts, polite, courteous, and incredibly hospitable. I had the privilege of working with many Sindhis and meeting great sons of the soil like Pir Hassamuddin Rashdi, Dr. G. Allana, Mr. Ghulam Nabi Agro, and Professor Mehboob Ali Channa, with whom I had the honor of working at the National Book Foundation in Karachi. I also have so many friends and colleagues like Mehmood Baloch, Salim Qazi, Maqbool Bhatti and Ishaq Naich. The Sindh of today seems strange to me. I miss the Sindh that was the land of Shah Latif! . _"Jiye Dharti Shah Latif ji"!!!_

😢 we have learnt nothing from history and it will not change until the people of Pakistan especially Punjab and Sindh will not stand up for themselves.

I am from interior Sindh, this is unfortunately so true happening here. Please raise your voice specially for Shikarpur, Kashmore, ghotki and Kandhkot. People are here in panic all the time and are scared to go out to earn their living. People are being robbed and abducted much frequently.
