Because TLP is supported by one group of intelligence. The same group that has been supporting extremist parties like Jamat-ud-dawa and jaishay muhammad. Since they were banned by US and eurupe so they came up with a new islamic party. Also I think khadim hussain the ameer TLP was poisoned by same group because they thought Khadim was getting out of control. Another group in intelligence supports Imran khan and 3rd group supports the status quo i.e. whoever the establishment favors they will support it. So establishment is divided about supporting TLP because they are used as a political tool. Just a few days ago they have again staged a dharna at Faizabad just because judges are not obeying the establishment.
