Funny thing is this is spot on...... Her words are correct,but it's the meaning behind them that she doesn't understand. To use a work analogy..... you can bw an employee at a job and challenge management on what they are doing. They are going to say yes or no.... at the end of the day though you will have to comply or go work somewhere else. All people work at jobs where you don't agree with management. However, you know that agreement is not required to work there, and if you bring up your requests respectfully it is not a negative on you as an employee if management disagrees or denies what you want.
