    Thanks. Not sure what state you are in . . . however, in Mississippi it requires 60 hrs of specific classes (pre-license education), passing an exam, and then 30 hrs of post-licensing classes. Of course there is required Continuing Education also. However, while licensing can happen in a short amount of time . . . learning the craft of selling real estate is a life-long journey. It takes a lot of dedication and time and effort to succeed in this business. You are self-employed and it is us to you to find your business. That all being said, it is a very rewarding career also.
