There is no such thing? I mean first there is ATS that you need to pass then there is the HR, who most times scan a lot of resumes per day or sometimes they don't which means an easy to read resume is always a hit but if they have time a nicely formatted and fancy resume might also work. So it really depends where and when you are applying and which position. You have to also consider what position as the higher up you go, the lesser number of applicants so your resume is really well read in that case. The real hack is the spend more time applying and customize it for each job, this way you sort of get what works for you and finally land a format that works the best for your CV content.

I appreciate recruiters looking for achievements but what I see is that the reality for the majority of candidates is different. Very few of us work for companies that support an employee in achieving something. In most cases, you are given your work and you're expected to do only that. Suggestions for change which is what would create achievements, are often crushed from the begining. It's the rare top percentile that actually have any achievements during their tenure at a company. Also, I think that some jobs are difficult to achieve anything in them, such as admins and secretaries. It's routine work and hardly conductive to achievements and quantifiying the work, it's just trying to keep up with everyone's demands, keeping everything running smooth and preventing issues before they even start to form.

I have an unrelated question to ask though! Can you please educate how to open & manage stock or bond trading account for minors? My intent is to deposit say $10K in S&P500 fund for my 8 year old and let it grow for 15-20 years for them to use in Adult life. Appreciate it, if you can make a video on the same, including Pros and Cons. Thank

I'll advise you to work with a financial advisor. Definitely a good time investing in government and bank bonds, Bonds can play a vital role in any investment portfolio. Bonds yield income, are often considered less risky than stocks and can help diversify your portfolio

I want to convey my sincere appreciation for the invaluable guidance provided by my Financial Advisor BOB MICHELE in managing my investment portfolio, which includes strategic investments in both government and bank bonds. Under his expertise, my investments have experienced remarkable growth, yielding $20,000 weekly. Bob Michele's positive impact on my financial journey is truly commendable. With a focus on both government and bank bonds, Bob plays a crucial role in creating a well-diversified portfolio that aligns with my financial goals, risk tolerance, and time horizon

Hello!👋 Yes I Agree, I've been talking to Bob Michele for long now, mostly because I lack the knowledge and energy to deal with these ongoing market circumstances. there are more aspects of the market than the average individual is aware of. Having an investing counselor is now the best line of action, protecting the absolute value of my investment because bonds typically carry less risk than stocks, these assets can be a good choice for investors with less time to recoup losses.Bonds provide a good amount of income at regular interval, Investing in government and bank bond has helped me build a portfolio that seeks returns but is resilient through all market environment

When talk about the scanning machine, i did confuse on the left-right arrangement. Since when I uploaded to so job board for auto generate my info, most of the time it won't get the 80% of my experience. Not sure if the left-right layout will affect this.

I still don't know know how you are supposed to talk about your achievements when you are at the start of your career. "I placed as many as 20 boxes of bananas out each day in the Target produce department" isn't exactly an achievement that means anything.

What if the person doesn't have a post secondary education?

I think it is still okay but he/she should put more information related with more on work experience or skills (ex: MySQL, Python, Excel, Power BI, etc). Or probably involved in some project (whether it is small or big project). Another alternative, you can add some bootcamp or some professional certificate. So the format is still the same like you have secondary education

Only If that person is FG, if not, better put anyother related information on the top of the resume. As she performed, every eyeball scan a resume from the top, keep the first 3 seconds in good impression like what social media do to us.
