I remember reading a news article at least 50 years ago now; about a man that was bitten by a rattler. He managed to grab the snake and bite it back. The man survived, the snake didn't.
So......................what happens when you pour anti-venom on the mix?

+yourmamaisphat They already said there is no current anti-venom, and besides once eruption begins you can't just "anti" the venom; it's job is done. The only way to cure it would be to restore the blood flow somehow, (like how in Cranked, yes I'm using a movie as an example, he had to keep his blood pumping fast else he would die), which might include, (based on common sense, not facts): Injecting them with something that thins the blood; not sure if it could counter the clots or congealed blood, but thinning it out sounds like something that may or may not work. Chopping off the limb you got bit on to prevent it spreading, (not a very realistic idea as most aren't prone to keeping tools for that on hand when venturing around snakes). Developing an anti-body that people who live around these snakes could take daily. Like a pill that keeps their blood from reacting so strongly to the venom, (something that would need a lot more research before it's made I'm sure).

guess anti venom negates the venoms affect in much the same way your immune system would destroy a virus. rather than magically undoing the damage caused already by the venom. then stem cells can repair you once you stop dying.

Clotting is not a problem, but I can't think of a cure to destroying red blood cells, except an immediate total transfusion of blood.

honestly, I just come her to hear Maddie talk. amazing.
This would have been more interesting with a control sample, you blood normally clots outside of the body. 5 ml w/venom and 5 ml w/o venom is what I would have liked to see.
Instantly fell in love with the voice
her voice is amazing

Her teeth too. Basically she's very beautiful 🌹
I can listen to her all day.
A good friends son was bit by a rattlesnake last week. It took 13 vials of anti-venom to stabilize him! Please be so careful as the weather improves as the snakes come out to bask in the sun! Most frightening thing ever, for this family! .pgw/USA

Cassandra Multifandom, I heard one OFW a filipina who serves for 16 years to a Singaporean family, who she killed the back king cobra was roaming around her employer house in the front house yard/garden, she might think that when her employer will return home would bite him, she killed the cobra using broomstick.
He didn’t take the tourniquet off before he took the needle out.
I don't care about the venom, I just love watching her! ;)
She is so sweet
Can someone explain to me on a molecular level what actually causes venom to clot the blood?
It depends on the venom. Some are hemotoxic, some are neurotoxic, some are a combination of both.
Great...Thanks for experiment
Non venomous snakes have a type of venom that acts as an anti coagulant in the area of the bite. Just not dangerous unless bitten into an artery.
damn nature you scary!!

Thanks for this information ....
Beautiful
you make 100,000 deaths a year sound so great.
Learn something new every day!
Follow up video: how does snake's body produce venom? And can a snake innoculate itself or others of the same species?
wow that was very interesting, I had no idea before this video how many snake bite deaths occured to humans each year from snake bites
The blood looks very dark... Very nice n usefulvideo
Which type of necrosis the snake venoms caused in human muscle? Thank you
Very very interesting useful and informative, i like such type of videos.
Is it just me or does her blood look really dark

I've never seen a bunch of blood ( like all in a bag, I have seen it through cuts and stuff) but maybe that's what happens when a lot of blood is put together in a pack.

It's from the vein, that will be why. In the military, you learn to recognise different shades of blood to determine if it's an arterial wound, vein trauma or flesh wounds. The darker the blood, the more severe the wound usually. There are exceptions but it's usually locational.

Something about a UK accent explaining snakes just makes it that much sexier
well done
Omg the blood and needle I can't
She's got a great voice
is it true that you can kinda counteract it by using rat poison, which is a blood thinner
Your beauty is more venomous than snake's venom
it changes according to species some have anticoagulant ie anti clotting and others attack the nervous system
I was bitten bypuff adder, swollen to left shoulder now, what should I do,help

Disseminated Intravascular Coagulation (DIC). Initially it causes hypercoagulability, followed by bleeding from everywhere.
Fascinating stuff.
Chemical cocktails, hollow fangs, venom recipes that differ? Amazing how evolution developed all this by chance
Very interesting.

How spitting venom vented by cobra is detrimental to the human ?? If it not diluted into veins and any tissues ??
Her name is Maddie Moate
It's a great help
Totally

What a beautiful girl anchor!!!😊😊 with a beautiful voice
Australian snake venom does not travel through the bloodstream instead it travels through the lymphatic system
Superb
Big thumbs up beautiful lady, very interesting...
She is so cute😍😍😍😍
Damn that medic has a shakey hand.
Horses or sheep used for antivenom so does this mean that horses and sheep aren't affected? As I've heard horses have died from snake bites so that means that the test subjects will die to get the antivenom. I'm confused
What do I do if the poison is sprayed in my eyes? I have to use water on it? Pls. If someone knows what i have to do to not lose my eyes
in indonesia, theres a singer that performed with cobra snake and they forgot or idk why they didnt tape the snake's mouth.. and YES.. she got bitten by a s cobra and died.. literally. and not just that. her neckale and ring and her accecories got robbed during her death.. OMG
This turns into slime after sometime
Does she actually still have blood left?
She's a vampire
i agree
I know the difference between poisons and venoms, but can a venom act like a poison and vice versa?

Venom MUST be injected into the bloodstream to cause a serious effect. Poison however just has to be absorbed into the body in any way

What would happend if you put the blood back inside you?
I was bitten by a copperhead on my forearm in the Southeastern US and was given no anti-venom. I think the doctors enjoyed seeing how large my arm would swell in 15 hours. They told me they wouldn't have provided me with the anti-venom unless I had produced the dead snake.

Other than the 14 hours of pain while in the emergency room and having an abstract tic tac toe drawn on my arm to track the progress very little thankfully. I lost the use of the first three fingers which gradually over time returned to almost full function. The index and ring fingers still remain somewhat stiffened.
can someone explain "it can kill up to 10 people"......does that mean that from that little bile of venom, it would be enough to give it too 10 people?
Well you don't want your dinner disappearing.....
That’s my venom she’s holding
NICE VEDIO.& EDUCATION
never knew that
How did i ended up here
I thought you were injecting the venom in your arm
