Scuba Diving in Meghalaya - North East India,
a little town located at the bottom of the Jaintia Hills in West Jaintia Hills district in the Indian state of Meghalaya. The town is relatively busy and serves as a trade route between India and Bangladesh.
The most interesting and magical natural wonders of Meghalaya is the Umngot River. It is said to be the cleanest river ever in the Indian subcontinent. To visit Umngot River the tourist must travel to the border town of Dawki. Dawki is itself a very beautiful place only 75KM drive from Shillong.
