@@SlovenianGirlAbroad I really don't know the true answer but it would probably depend on which part of the US. Florida is a more transient area so most people don't stay in the same location long. There is a good mix of renters and owners here.

Thanks for the wonderful comment ! That area is full of "yachts" and those blessed to live near the water. So, it made it easy to produce some nice footage.

Wow, you can't hide money. The guy on the back of the big yacht was waving at you. Lets go together and get one of those mansions for a weekend get away.😁 Nice footage, very beautiful location.🙏👍Big like--stay safe.

Yes, I think they both were have a good time drinking and smoking . That is a nice area and generally all the water front property is a high premium.
