There is also a hallyu ban in China which is causing for problems for chinese kpop idol especially lay, he is one of the biggest idol in China. There is a lot of problems between China and SK. But they are slowly removing it.

Lay is the definition of loyal as an exo L you see his hard work and loyalty to his members and fans ! To be honest Lay is seriously huge in China, but he choose to stay with his members and stick out his activities with them . Also I heard that he mention the members also ask him if he’s leaving too , and he said he has to stay strong or something. It was in an interview that he did but I forgot where . For that he even has his own company that sm and lee sooman supports as will ! I think his hard work pays off ! And made a name for himself and exo !!!! Look at him now still big , it funny how he stayed in exo and main the biggest star out of the four foreign members that left on there own !

Same here, exo is my first love in kpop and I never regret to be a part of the fandom. Still waiting for ot9 to perform together again. I don't need awards or trophies for them, i just want them to meet and perform together in the same stage.

Kris, Tao, and LuHan aren’t traitors, they left because SM pushed them to much and they cannot stand the pressure of working in foreign country anymore, TAO was injured and Kris have no freedom. So please respect all Chinese members, they love exo, you really can see it when they were still together, they just met the right people at the wrong time I guess

I really feel bad for the Chinese members. SM doesn't have a good record of taking care of their foreign members. What i read about Luhan's experience was heartbreaking. I love all of them. They were such a great bunch together. I am sure they would have chosen to stay if they had a choice

It’s just that I am an international fan and I dont exactly get the reason of their seperation. I partially get it though. The fact that l cant get is that why only Lay is paying the price for being from another country? I know countless Chinese idols active in Korea.... Everytime I hear Promise in any EXO video I just can't hold my tears back because, EXO really been through a lot. The moment I started fangirling into these boys (back in year 2013) I never thought, NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS, that EXO would be like this. I mean, from being called flop group/biggest mistake of SM to Kris (my ult bias back then) be the first member to leave and the first member to broke exo and exo-l's heart especially Tao. Luhan be the second one to leave too. Back then, I thought he would be the last one to leave but Tao got a serious injury that needed him to leave exo too. Now, Lay being far away with his members just makes me sad that, why would it be exo? But despite of everything they still continued to be the best and to be the legendary kpop group.
