do you know why Lay decided to leave? He didnt technically want to leave EXO, he wanted to leave the company and go back to China. My theory is that becuase most companies, when the perofrmers perform, most of the hard-earned money goes to the company, the performers themselves barely get anything. Which is why most people leave in the end.
