Also would note the tricorder and padd tho look similar are different and specific to TNG era. You’ll notice a difference in hand between Voyager’s version.

Oh come on Ben, this is Chief engineer Geordi LaForge! He NEEDS his tools and extra hands to "make it so" for Captain Picard. Don't even consider NOT getting the deluxe version. And finally, the marketing photos look like a true Star Trek fan shot them. You can tell Mafia has his heart and soul into doing justice to these amazing figures. Props to Anthony!

As per for me. Instant preorder for any Trek from 66 to 05. I'm liking the engineering kit inclusion. Maybe O'Brien will get one too now the tooling is done or even Rom. Ben you're bob on with the photos. They are a huge improvement. Nice work Anthony (Sixscale mafia)

Pre-ordered the Standard (Deluxe) version. La Forge looks amazing and paired up with Data he'll be even better. Can't wait to have the main cast in my collection so keep em coming. It would been kind of cool if EXO-6 had a true deluxe figure that came with a part of the Enterprise D bridge and if you collect them all you can have a backdrop to display them with. Really enjoying all the content on this channel Ben, keep up the great work!

First just let me say YAY!!! Finally another NG character!!!! And this is a no brainer. Instant preorder!! I did always find it odd that technology hadn't found a cure for blindness by the 24th century. Poor Geordi! Betting Picard is next!

I'm glad they gave Geordi the engineering toolkit case, it's a must-have for him, so I'll be getting the "Deluxe" edition for sure. However, I'm disappointed that the B'Elanna figure from Voyager didn't get something similar for her.

Great to see they’re FINALLY 😮releasing the regular TNG line. I received the “standard” Data a couple days ago. The figure is really nice but I kinda feel I would’ve been happy with the “essential” version. The second headsculpt is the same expression as the first except for the hair panel that comes off which isn’t very impressive if I’m being totally honest, but I guess I’m used to hot toys with magnets and superior paint jobs etc. The Spot cat accessories are good, but I’m not sure I’d display the figure with them next to with Geordi and the other characters. I’m leaning towards the essentials version for Geordi. A second headsculpt would’ve been worth the standard, but not for some extra tools and hands.

Great vid, thanks for doing it. I locked in the standard and agree I have always disliked the naming. I'm also glad they added engineering accessories. I do think the figure in the photos has too dark a skin tone and I hope they lighten it just a tad on release but otherwise I think it looks great.

I absolutely did NOT order the Standard edition on this one. Yes, the clasping hands are nice, but not for an extra $40. The "Standard" Data was only $40 more and came with an extra head sculpt, 2 cats, and extra hands. (I ordered that one, because Spot!) The "Standard" Sisko was only $35 more and came with a rifle, vest, extra undershirt, glass, and extra hands. (I foolishly ordered that one, vecause I don't use any of the extras for him.) Saavik is a whopping $70 more for a better named "Regula One" edition, but that comes with the heavy duty tricorder, extra hands, and that amazing field jacket. (I ordered both, because I want to display both looks, and I might not get the main three for this film.) I just don't think the extras for Geordi measure up for the price. And I absolutely agree that standard version sounds underwhelming as the "premium" or "deluxe" version.
