A very revealing and interesting sneak-peek preview.. but personally for me the presentations of the pelav and beriani are the mouth watering plates combo that beats them all.. parsay, you might have to consider a separate branch/joint just specialising rice delicacies with maybe some Kashmiri specialized curries, + karahies, + breads and a "Kashmiri-chai" to rap it all up.. 🤤😋😘🥰

I would love a seekh kebab with biryani. The other option is to do a special biryani which comes with a mini platter (kebabs and probably a wing or 2)

That used to be Wild West grill then changed to Burger Stop. The food at Wild West was good, wont lie Ali but im looking forward to this place opening. Im surprised your opening it here but pleased its my neck of the woods!! Wish you all the success bro, I will definitely be a regular!! 😋

I think if you look up BURGER STOPP on Google maps it should show pictures from the previous restaurant called Wild West. I remember taking pictures of some decent T Bone steaks 7 years ago! Out with the old and in with the new! Hope your dipped burger has Manchester dipped vibes as not common around here to get that 🤞

I have to be honest everything looked good but that doner was looking mid especially if that’s bottled chili and garlic sauce

How big is your menu going to be? It sounds like it's going to be massive. How are you going to manage all the fresh ingredients? Are those leaves going to be on the final dish? If so, the costs are going to be terrible on an inedible garnish.
