Hello all...
Herewith my first post in a while.
I've been diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis in in my L index finger which has made playing guitar quite a challenge. Although the condition is being treated and has improved, it still hurts like hell when I play.
But alas...At this point I'm grateful for any small improvements.
Also, I'm slowly starting to learn how to play with flesh again. Years of acrylic tips have reduced my fingernails to the thickness of paper and I just couldn't anymore. So I'm completely out of my comfort zone at the moment.
But like all things in life...thats good for you.

I realize you did this two years ago, but I frequently listen to your stuff over and again. I just read the description: first, out of your comfort zone or not, beautiful playing. I’m sorry to hear about your arthritis. I hope you’ve honed in on effective treatment and are doing ok.

Lovely arrangement brother. So awesome of you playing this good even with so many complications in life. In a way, you're discovering the guitar in a way that you couldn't in normal circumstances. My right hand's thumb nail just broke off yesterday, and now I'm going to a nail studio tomorrow to get acrylic extensions. My natural ones are paper thin already and are unreliable. Happy playing and keep hope. 💜🌸
The title is a bit misleading. Thsi wonderful harmonics send me right into the middle of my comfort zone ;-)

Hello :) I don't simply because I dont have the time...(Have a day job) but I would encourage looking at my influences and learning some of their songs. Namely...Calum Graham www.calumgraham.com or any material from Stuart Ryan www.stuartryanmusic.com. Both of these players shaped 90% of what I do. Calum also has some amazing video tutorials.

@@cvrfkoh Thanks for the reply. I’ve done the deep dive into both artists you mentioned. Ran across your work when researching GS Mini (which a added to my collection a couple weeks ago as a result). I’ve been using KZread’s .5 speed to try to learn it from you video the past two days. I’m not a quick learner but this piece you adapted (and significantly improved I might add) has me motivated to keep at it. Like you, I have to fight through pain to play. I do hope you find some relief and continue to play, as I find you and your work inspirational. Thank you for sharing this talent of yours. It does make a difference (in case you ever wondered).
