Really trying to figure out the best way to use the ft2 to do dips…seems like an attachment is missing. Love the machine itherwise
The title of this video includes “chin/dip belt,” but there is no illustration of how to do dips with the dip belt.
Clever! I have the Inspire scs. Was not going to buy that belt but looks easy to add that weight to chips ups. To bad my machine does not have a dip bar too.
if it's called a dip belt, where is the dip exercise example?
