I thought it was bu****t at the beginning...But it is one of the best exercise you can do...It is like forcing the right alignment while you are moving...you can shrink a bunion in few weeks if you do it constantly... this is amazing!! I am doing it since one week around 500 hundreds step a day ( 50 each time) and I can feel my bunion is already softer and softer....I would advice at the beginning to not push at Max the movement because it can be really painful......thank you very much!!!!

great info! thanks for sharing! I've got a mild bunion, from a fall last year, it's not hurting, but has put a huge wrinkle my workouts. as I can't flex the joint. the Dr rx'd anti inflammatory med and said eventually I'll need surgery. hoping to avoid it.

Thanks for your feedback about the presentation. It may have been a caffeine day for me. I wanted to address your comment about Bunions not being live or death. You are absolutely right Bunions are not a disease like Cancer that can kill you directly. However, Bunions affect the ability of the Big Toe to function properly. Since the Big Toe is the primary balance mechanism in the foot, having a Bunion can and will affect your balance. It is estimated that 424,000 people die per year as a result of a fall.

Because it's not life or death, I tended to ignore the problem until it got worse. I need to use my feet for my livelihood, and it was starting to cripple me, so I'll welcome all the advice I can get. I've done some work in nursing homes and can see just how bad bunions can get if not treated. Cheers!

I LOVE YOU! You are doing such a great service! The footdoctor i saw never told me of these solutions even though I told him Id made my own spacers ,bought yoga toes etc.No the scam Dr.recomended 30,000 per foot surgery and a long lay up.The eraser idea is pure genius thank you!(unlike the spacers you buy for much more money that hardly work and wear out,the erasers have the necessary strength and duability)Spot on!

Thanks for this. Initially I was taping and wearing my toe spacers because the toe spacers don't adequately align my great toe. Then, as the toe became more flexible, I stopped taping. I'm going to continue to tape (I believe I learned the technique on your channel) until the toe is straight so that I can most benefit from the various exercises I'm going.

Thanks. This is really helpful. Do you have any tips for Hallux rigidus also as that typically accompanies the Hallux valgus(bunions) problem? My bunions have reduced(30-40 % correction still required) post doing your exercises(since last 3-4 days) however Up and Down movement is severely restricted. Especially, when i move the big toe down, it pains, get that pricking kind of pain in the bunions and the area surrounding that. This problem occured due to a fall from a motorcycle almost 6 months back. Advice from doctors has not helped, only thing that may have helped is that i walk consciously with the heel first. Can not go for any jogging. Please help.

  • @dlwalker681

For Hallux ridgidus you need to release part of the big toe and especially the 1st metatarsal. Also you need to tape he big toe, and the big toe joint joint to support it. My bunion solution program includes videos on how to do most of it and a lot of other stuff that you do not need. If you are interested, i could send them to you and offer you the same money back guarantee that I offer for the bunion solution. If you do these 5 things, a total of about 30 min of video instruction, I guarantee that your pain will have significantly reduced almost immediately. Do the program 2-3 times a week and you will be able to get back to running in 2-3 weeks at most. If you are interested you can reach out to me via email fixuonline@gmail.com.
