More often than not I have seen attorneys steal an estate through the executorship. They do this by billing an untold amount of hours.

Wow what you're saying is technically true in my experience if the executor hires poor Property Management which steals money from the state and in the executor does not prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law and a suspicion is that the executor is taking kick back from said management that is a problem and it's executor does steal money from the estate it is up to the other beneficiaries to sue the executor but at the beneficiaries don't realize it and the state is closed what the fuck does it matter then

And just because their officers of the Court does not make them Paragons of virtue officers of the Court are no different than the other person on the planet they are fallible it's susceptible to the sins every other human being is susceptible to

Fear is real. Not funny at all. My sister gave me a bag full of garbage and took all of my parents antique furniture and gold and diamond rings necklaces everything.. She even tried to take money from pod accounts.
