Judging by the sound, these giant Babushka (or Matryoshka) dolls were made of glass or porcelain. Normal ones are made of wood, and they are small - about the size of the last doll which he is holding in his hand ;) But it's still funny and looks great.

The sound effect was definitely added in post-production. I'm sure you're probably right that they're made from porcelain, but using the sound to determine that would be inaccurate.

Well, NOW I'll show you how it looks when I REALLY try "to be the smartest person in a comment section of a KZread video": These giant Matryoshka dolls (by the way they are called Matryoshkas but not Babushkas) were definitely made of papier mache: punching real Matryoshkas of this size this charming lady would beat off her brass knuckles together with her own knuckles :))) By the way I've only spoken about the wrong sound...

I've spoken exactly about the wrong sound. It's weird to hear the clinking of glass instead of the knocking of wood (yes, I'm used to smash up a couple of giant Matryoshkas every day at home) :)

Jackie always says that on his interviews, but it's obviously a critique from his own experience working in american films, where he's no hesitant to say american directors and editors make those exaggerated camera movements and cuts because actors don't know how to fight. You can tell the difference in his old movies when he directed; the action was brutal, intense and with steady shots almost all the time. man Jackie don't listen to these American pricks, do your own movies please, just like you said in older videos you do 1000 shoots just to get the right kick or punch and have wide shots which are doubled to make it flow really smooth, what i just saw was what you were talking about.... American do big movies do this for money not a proper entertaining movie for the audience, come back old Jackie come back please.....

i mean you still have your usual comedy and fighting which btw is fucking amaze balls but have proper actors with you who can keep up with you as i feel like you have forced youself to slow down with the other bullshit actors, just like in the top of the builidng scene in who am i which btw was crazy good, you used a fake leg as the actor who played opposite jackie was too slow for him , i mean that is dedication, in this clip i saw i see dedication but not the same in your past movies.....

exactly, ,me too found this fighting very slow because it was shoot by American director...but you know what Sparky, Jackie Chan confirmed that he is filming his new movie that coming in 2017 he will be direct that movie, that means his fighting movements will be much faster and risky acrobatic scenes without stunt doubles.
