If i was the interviewer, I would have gotten one syllable out my mouth and then my head would have exploded.

I'm 65 years young, and THIS series is by far the only one that has captivated me! I've watched it three times and running...I love the portrayal of doing the RIGHT thing, and standing by your word and your heart. The characters are fantastic, and perfectly casted. Amazing.

Alexander comes across as quite down to Earth, which is refreshing. I've only just discovered this series, and currently on Season 2. The acting is brilliant, and by god his character is hot 🥵

Alexander needs to be nominated for an Oscar in the near future. He's deserving of one. 👍 Great achievement and actor skills.

If anyone deserves an oscar (well, oscars for movies..but anyway....), it is the actor who played alfred. Even this guy himself does not beleive he did a good job. Seems like he is little ashamed of his own performance. It seems he beleives Game of Thrones is a better show than the one he is in and seems he is sad that he is in this show and not on game of thrones. That is little disrespectful for his own show.

It’s interesting to me that I’m almost 70 and still recognize beauty when I see it. I always wondered if old people thought about that bc I never heard an old person acknowledge that someone was beautiful, stunning or gorgeous when I was young. This man is beautiful.

Loved The Last Kingdom. Alexander was brilliant as Utred. Best series I've ever watched.

One of the most badass protagonists in a series in a LONG time. I just started watching The Last Kingdom 2 weeks ago and I binged all 4 seasons just finished it last night, WOW, what an amazing and criminally underrated show... Like I was genuinely mad that I hadn't seen or heard about it until now. Can't wait for Season 5, DESTINY, IS ALL!

I like how this character started innocent and emerged more and more with a definite personality and a father and a nun's support.... the second season really made me fall for it

The ending to this show moved me to absolute tears. One of the most powerful endings in all television history, no exaggeration. Monumental, is the only word i can use to describe this show’s story arc.

Love his acting skills...and really nice to look at...and to hear his voice 🤔 yep!! I am a super Fan!!!!

We just watched all 5 seasons in the past few weeks! What a fantastic show!! Fast moving, great characters and historical. Loved it ❤

So glad I fund this series - it is amazing and he is the most gorgeous man I've ever seen! Love his character and the storyline which is based on fact. An amazing series - I'm hooked!!!!

I stopped watching it at end of 3rd series. Didn't even realize there were 2 more series until this year. I thought I had watched series 4 already and started with series 5. After watching that season I realized I had also missed season 4 so I binge watched it as well. Now I re-started all seasons, binge watching them. No sleep LOL. Love this series!!! LOL

Just discovered this awesome show and binge-watched the entire thing! I love watching the battle scenes. Alexander is a terrific actor and would make an awesome cowboy. I see a Western in his future!

You are an awesome actor! I did not skip any episode. I was hooked with your character and also your acting was phenomenal! More projects to come!

I have been an avid fan of The Last Kingdom from the start after reading the awesome books about Utred. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this show! Who needs a huge budget when you can produce a quality programme like this. Please keep it coming!

I have started watching the first series last week and couldn't stoppppp!!!! Finished all 4 series in few days! my head is spinning!!!! Great acting!Great plot!Great costumes Great everything!!!! wishing u all good luck!! can't wait for number 5!!!

I personally think that TLK is way better than Game of thrones and a host of other movies I have seem over the years... Urthud is one hell of an actor ..hes handsome .hes got it all ...TLK has proven to be one of the greatest show I have seen over the years...I love the entire cast ... I cant seem to get enough of it ...I'm about to look at it for the third time.. anxiously awaiting season 5 .. I pray it will not end at season five though

Lol now now..let's not get too carried away....The Last Kingdom may be an interesting breath of fresh air, it may entertain, it may have a nice although limited soundtrack, it may have a pleasing camera style, it may have a likeable sometimes scary leading man, it may have believable accents that make you think you are watching something that took place centuries ago, it may have similarities to the comics created by , it may have the applaudible knack of getting better per episode and season, like a rare gem you discovered in television (which it is).... it may have all the trappings of a be binge worthy show that gets you coming back for more and more.....but Game Of Thrones is on an entirely different level.

The first 4 seasons of GoT were great and you can't compare it with TLK. After season 4 it went downwards.

agreed... GOT is grand and pompus... more attractive but with TLK as we get more and more involved the characters consume us more

My entire family and friends are fans of The Last Kingdom and my son just got the Uhtred hair style.

Ugh. I love him.

Dreymon seems like a solid and likeable guy. I can imagine his values not being too far from the character Uhtred. Not one to be star-struck, I have met many humble 'stars' in the past and have had a few drinks with some of them. That said, he would be a cool guy to exchange stories with.

Loved the last kingdom Seven kings must die especially the end when it came to present day iv been to that castle it really is spectacular...he does remind me a bit of Brandon Lee too ❤

I just recently found this series, "The Last Kingdom" on Netflix and just finished binge-watching all 4 Seasons -- this actor is so gifted! I had never heard of him or seen him in any other films here in the U.S. and I've just fallen in love with him as an actor and now seeing his personality off-screen, he's just as beautiful in person off-screen. I love the series, if you liked "Vikings" -- you would also love this show. I wondered if the series had been picked up again after the 4th Season and from what I'm reading online -- Season 5 is supposed to come out in November 2021 !! There are 8 to 10 Episodes per Season and all of them are beautifully done. Don't miss this series on Netflix, it's very much worth watching and ladies -- you're absolutely going to LOVE watching Alexander Dreymon portrait 'Uhtred' -- there are some parts where there's some 'nudity'. Unfortunately, I could not turn my eyes away during the film where 'Uhtred' (Alexander Dreymon's character) is bathing in the river and it shows his backside and then all of his abs and chest -- but, uh, yes unfortunately I could not turn my eyes away from those parts since I'm doing some 'research' for a project that I'm working on. IT WAS FOR RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY !! I'm not lying !! The story-line is based on the true History of England during the year 800 AD. Don't miss this show !! 💘💋👑👑👑
