Brad is the best GM in all of sports. This guy is a genius. I’d let this dude have my kids if it was possible. The way he runs this team is incredible.

Jrue Holiday will be very useful in the playoffs and championships. He will properly organize the team's offense. Hero ball games of JT and JB must be controlled to avoid many turnovers. Turnovers killed the Celtics chance to win the championship against Golden State.

Regular season? Yes. Playoffs? We'll see. He's struggled in the playoffs more often than not for whatever reason.

Tatum should learn from Pierce rather than Kobe in terms of recognizing spots & using shifty pace as well as drawing fouls. Pierce also had way higher crunch time FG% than Kobe. Stevens as a GM made a lot of good moves in last 2 years but the Brogdon+ trade package for Porzingis that failed was really his first bitter taste, & got lucky when Holiday became available. It seemed he got screwed by the LAC for baiting him for the trade then open to the media to screw it so Brogdon got angry while other teams generally would back away from it.

True, at the same time it shows how good Brad is because he adjusted very quickly and he also mended the fences with Brogdon. Malcom was still willing to play for us this year before the Holiday trade. He pounced on Jrue when he became available. Excellent recovery.

Yea now its on Joe if he will be willing to use all these pieces at his disposal and use them effectively balancing the different personalities expanding the play book offensively specially!! No need to be one dimensional this year! As well as can Tatum and Brown start playing off of each other at same time get others involved and be willing to trust new pieces and old!

I think Jrue Holiday is a sign that smart couldn’t achieve what we were looking for sure he brought elite defense was heart and soul of that team but that was the problem! We followed him when he caved we all caved!! Now you bring a champion version of smart cat n here a better facilitor and better decision maker with same level defense!! A different type if attitude to holiday!! the is ice cold like jimmy butler!! Thats what we were missing that ice in the veins leader!! Brad obviously seen that as well!

I think the Celtics are doing something. For one Porzingis has already been a celtic for 3 months. Not that he has played a minute. And the Brogdon deal was done practically when the 2022 NBA finals expired. So for lack of a better term. I think the Celtics are double dipping. They go in with the (trade) chip in June-July. But then go back in Sept-Oct. Because the trade market could feasibly evolve in the offseason. So in summary I rather like this strategy.
