Wow. 😊Actually i started watching both Eric & kelvin videos during the pandemic era. Both are very sincere youtubers sharing their opinion in their area of expertise. 😂 gold is not for investment lah! Is safeguard your assets in case country go bankrupt or super inflation lah. I keep part of money in gold coin and gold bar of course will lost out on interested earnings but can sleep well just in case war breakout or Singaporean vote in WP and PS become PM then we be like Ukraine or Argentina 😂😂😂

Kelvin should buy and sell property leh… flip twice …I dirt poor also… then after property investment… not Huat big like Eric Chiew la but got Huat la. I really want to try buy stock and be brave la but scared like chicken cause throw money to the market to decide like not so brave leh. Must learn to Huat like Loo but after my last unit fully paid down first . Extra few hundred dollars or few thousand can throw into the market to learn about it
