This was a classic run in. Very traditional my compliments to the chef.

Man NWA picking up the underrated and underutilized wwe guys from like 10 years ago. I say it’s a good thing, these guys could’ve been main event eta at some points but were buried like knox and Kennedy and sandow can now be the main event of a prestigious wrestling organization

By the very nature of WWE, guys have to have to be "underutilized." Not everyone, but some of them. Everyone can't get their "turn" at the main event. Knox is good, but he wasn't anywhere near the level of WWE's stacked main event roster at that time - or even today. Some guys are fun to watch, but we should be realistic about all this.

I'll say when you can tape shows, it allows the story to develop. Vs on a week to week basis doing live shows

@@seanmonk2246 plus the TV Networks get hands on in creative and completely fuck up wrestling. Then you're breaking up Tag Teams. lol

Hard times are when you're in line to get a photo with the champ holding the ten pounds of gold and some heel jumps the line to beat him down with a chair. That's hard times. Hope they give Trevor a lengthy run.

He did do a bit more with tna after aces and eights .he was in a faction with crazy Steve and some others a circus thing . I thought it was Braun Stroman at first .and what came to mind was how could nwa aford him .

Looks like we have our main event for Hard Times 2. I'd thought it'd be Pope challenge Trevor but after this, I think we know Knox is getting the title shot.

Sometimes the booking reminds me of early ECW...making the best out of discarded and under utilized talent. Great story telling makes all the difference. Excited to see where this goes.....good work Mr. Corgin. Wish he could've kept la knight....

I love the angle but personally I think it should’ve been Jax Dane. He just put Crimson out for a while and has a number one contenders match. Let’s not forget about the championship series

This was a great moment after the show; what a way to shock the fans. Mike Knox, coming back?! That is awesome what a way to show the brutality he put on there. Locking Trevor Murdoch in a cage and just beating him senseless. Mike Knox was always a monster to me and this was no different. Loved how all the talent was out there trying to help and I believe the man in the black hat was Billy Corgan himself. Either way great angle. As always though one true nitpick to make fun of the angle. Love how no one can climb into a cage to stop the attack. Lol.

Excellent of them to do this after the show, it definitely wasnt confusing him just not turning up on the show 😅 must've been a nice surprise for the fans in attendance though

This isn't a great start for them if most people's reaction is going to be "who's that guy?"

Billy needs to see if he can grab Silas Young, Johnathan Gresham, and or Josh Woods from the fall out of the ROH shut down. I hope the NWA channels a sports presentation, with a southern rasslin flavor while pushing entertaining larger than life characters. A lot of companies focus on one of those three facets but I would love to see a company really utilize all three competently. God, I have been loving this promotion. It's not perfect but it has potential to really expand. Anyway I love what they're doing.
