یہ شہر اپنے بھرپور ثقافتی ورثے کے لیے جانا جاتا ہے۔ اس میں تاریخی نشانات، تعمیراتی عجائبات اور ثقافتی روایات ہیں جو صدیوں سے اس خطے پر حکومت کرنے والے مختلف خاندانوں اور حکمرانوں کے اثر و رسوخ کی عکاسی کرتی ہیں۔ شہر کا فن تعمیر، کھانوں اور تہواروں میں سندھی، بلوچ اور مغل اثرات کا امتزاج ہے۔
Khairpur is situated in the northern part of Sindh, Pakistan. It is located along the right bank of the Indus River, making it an important city in the region due to its proximity to the river. Khairpur has a long and storied history. It was founded in 1783 by Mir Sohrab Khan, who established the princely state of Khairpur. The city was named in honor of the ruling family, the Talpur Mirs of Khairpur.
The city is known for its rich cultural heritage. It has historical landmarks, architectural wonders, and cultural traditions that reflect the influence of various dynasties and rulers who have governed the region over the centuries. The city's architecture, cuisine, and festivals are a blend of Sindhi, Baloch, and Mughal influences.

Sindh is not pakistan before pakistan there was Sindh, Karachi was a much developed city even trams used to run in karachi before partition only sindhi's used to live in karachi that was 51.1% sindhi hindus and 40 % muslims then the bhikaris muhajir's and punjabi had destroyed karachi,sindh. Wonderful but you miss the most important archaeology site Kot Diji Mound which is 3500 years old kotidijan period heritage declared archaeology site. Beside old national highway near Kotdiji Fort.
