She needs to sue the people involved, police department, Uber, and get in touch with the FBI for this hate crime.

The bystander that put her in a chokehold needs to be sued.

How is it that Karens can get police to show up to a scene to investigate children selling lemonade in their yards or people entering their own homes, but a woman being attacked by two men on a highway is not an emergency or an incident that needs to be investigated? Every black person should have life insurance, a licensed gun, a dash cam, and body cams because clearly the laws of protection do not apply to them.

I’m so glad this is getting attention, I saw this on TikTok and reposted it. She was driving an Tesla and because she drove a Tesla that man felt away and begin to question her personal life and when she refused to give her personal information he acted up. GIVE THIS WOMAN JUSTICE

This is so weird ! Why did the police department & the Uber company treat her like that when she told them what happened & that she's the victim ? ! They should've done an investigation, like they always do, before their decision ! Why immediately dismisse her, ignore her, and/or act like you don't believe her or care ? Yes like we're wrong I've been attacked by two white idiots in my life once in 1997 and 2004 needless to say both of them learned a lesson

I am a former Cab Driver, I learned that after the Bars, and Clubs close at 2:00 am, there is nothing but robbers, hijackers, and dope heads on the Streets. Many of our Driver were robbed, and sometimes killed late at night, and in early morning hours. I learned to take my a*s home at 10:00p.m., all the money in the World ain't worth losing your life.

She can sue Uber for not fully vetting the passenger before allowing him on the app. But I believe that the video stated that someone else ordered the ride for him. This should not be allowed. The same thing happened in Philly last year where a woman's boyfriend ordered an Uber for himself on her phone, took her gun and robbed a mother of 4, stole her car and killed her. Uber does not take care of their drivers. It's all about the money for them.

This is a hate crime!Arrest & sue these cowardly, thugs!

So the guy became soooo envious as to how this young black woman managed to gain access to.a tesla.that he asked her how she was able to afford one. In his mind, she must be a drug dealer. He then asks her to sell him drugs because you know black ppl.shouldnt have nice things. It makes some ppl uncomfortable when we have nice things.So his jealousy peaked. In his mind she couldn't possibly have a nice car, career and moonlight for uber? It'sore believable and acceptable to his psyche, that she deals drugs. Some ppl are just sick with racism.
