So very exciting 😊 Lots of space! You and your husband MUST agree on the color picked out. You will both have to live with it for many years. I also want to suggest getting a full corner "L" shaped seating benches w/ backs , plus chairs for the casual dining area. The Eurpeans have used them for generations. Super chic , cozy and comfortable. Less cost by not buying individual chairs. And, scotch gard every material surface in living and dining areas. It is non toxic, safe to use in common areas. You and your husband will be very grateful you did!! Thank you for sharing this wonderful journey your family is on ❤😊

Seems like you should leave the paper on the floor until after the walls are painted. BEAUTIFUL home !

I totally love your new home! Everyone’s taste and needs are different so I very rarely chime in with my 2 cents worth. Color choice is spot on and painting your entire home the same color is wise. The only things I would suggest is adding a pull down drying rack or drying pole simply because you will need it, trust me. And in your craft room I would make sure you have plenty of lighting in the portion of room without the window. And your storage room, I am jealous you will have ample room to store excess craft supplies but also your seasonal decorations. Your home is going to be so gorgeous!🥰

You were smart to get a 3D video made because it can sometimes be hard to really "see" what your vision will look like and is a great way to see if you need to tweak something to make it just right for you. When we had our house painted, we went with all one color and on the neutral side, too; it's more versatile as your style preferences may change over the years. Thanks for the tour!😃

I had my 90s house painted Drift of Mist when we moved here 2.5 years ago, it's a really pretty light greige. Because it is greige the undertones can change depending on the lighting, so try not to use cool light bulbs if you don't want it to pull too gray.

It is going to be beautiful. I'm so happy for you and your family. I couldn't tell are the girl going to have their own rooms? Right now they probably won't mind sharing, but when they become teenagers I'm sure they will want their on space. I know when my 2 youngest grandsons were little they wanted to share a room, they were always so close, but let me tell you when they hit their teenage years they wanted their own rooms lol.

So proud of you and your husband to be able to build a home at your age. Your new kitchen is exactly mine! I built 4 years ago and only have two things I wish I wouldn’t have done. Just money spent that I didn’t need to do. Enjoy!! It is so much fun to decorate and buy all the furniture. Can’t wait to see the next phase!!
