    The reason the shelf’s didn’t work is because you used the hardware in the box !! You just needed to buy your own heavy wait hardware !! ALL floating shelves need heavy duty hardware

    I like the black bookshelves, but I also think it'd be cute if you painted them white because they'd look like built-ins.

    My little one crawled around 8 months, was furniture surfing and walking with toy around 9 months and then walked in her own around 11 months. It’s actually tummy time and core strength that will build muscles to sit and crawl, so more time on his belly rather than sitting stationary will help!

  • @yvonnejeanette1726
    @yvonnejeanette1726 Жыл бұрын

    MINDY, if you put him on his tummy more and put the toys he likes just a little out of reach he will be more apt to crawl. Once they crawl there’s no turning back!!Haha! My youngest was 8mos. when he crawled to things and pulled himself up and would walk holding on to the furniture but having his older brother helped with all of that. My opinion on the shelving is maybe, switch the living shelves with the new ones and paint them egg shell chalk paint. Or put the sofa table in the kitchen and paint it too! I think the black is to bold for your house. I would paint the new black shelves medium gray to match your house better and paint the new sofa table gray or white:) Just some ideas.

    He’s getting so big and so adorable. 🥰 I just want to briefly say that your encouragement to not give up on the conceiving journey finally pulled through for us. I am currently 15w 3d and we are having a boy after two girls and 3 consecutive miscarriages. We are so excited and blessed to have finally gotten this far again and can’t wait to meet him. Now to move past the sappy excitement and back to the video. 😂💙🥰 Apple types: Granny Smith, gala, honey crisp, red delicious, golden delicious. I also love apples. I also love watching your videos. Especially when you decorate. 🥰❤️

    I really like the black bookshelf’s! You could tie in the kitchen by changing your hardware to black cabinet pulls. I have similar cabinets and I put black on them to help modernize them because I have no interest in painting them.

    My first baby was a late mover. She didn’t crawl, scoot, nothing until closer to a year old. We were starting to get worried! Then within about 30 days she went from scooting to pulling up to walking. I learned to try to relax about milestones because they can be so stressful as a new parent! She’s a healthy 16 year old at the top of her class today. ❤

    Great video! I live in Vegas and our pool has solar heat so the minimum water temp has to be 90 but we like it at 98!😝 The shelves are beautiful…I concur with some other suggestions that if you decide to keep them in the kitchen..paint them white to match the wall color to look like built ins but yeah for lots of decorating space! And one more suggestion…the big wall cabinet with all the DVD’s is a giant piece but it’s very functional for you guys…one day when you have time (cause I know it’s not a priority) I would paint that big piece also…it would fantastic and custom like built ins…I’m a big believer in keeping furniture I have and repurposing by painting…I’ve done it with my bedroom set (I had bedroom furniture like yours) and my dining room…they turned out beautiful and I kept them out of the landfill…also the console she gave you is gorgeous!! Congratulations on all the hard work around the house…it’s a beautiful little home!

    Sometimes we just have to play around with the new furniture to get it all how/where we want it. If you do decide to change out the shelves from the kitchen/dining room to the living room-the new table that you put behind the couch would make a lovely buffet in the dining room. The color of the new table matches the color of your dining room chair cushions. I love decorating shelves. Lol. It’s such a fun way to display knick knacks and seasonal pieces. Happy decorating! 🏡 Love and Hugs from Tennessee! ❤

    I love the new console table! Very cute. Obviously tour choice but my vote is to move the ew book shelves into the living room to replace the other one. I think that would really compliment the living room style now. I’m a person who doesn’t love clutter in the kitchen/ dining room so I would leave it open. Especially if you want to grow your family and might need a bigger table one day. ❤❤love your vlogs. I’m so very jealous you have spring already we are knee deep in snow in Canada.

    The only apples that come to mind to me are: Red Delicious, Granny Smith, Fuji, Honey Crisp. Those come to my mind quickly. For his bath, one thing I’ve seen parents use is a laundry basket, yes, a rectangle one that has a lot of openings for the water to flow through. Of course you won’t have the water that deep anyway. And if he’s hiney still slips, buy and put some of those little sticky things on the bottom of the basket, or if you could find a non slip mat that would fit, or maybe cut to size. If you do that, after his bath just rinse it out and dry it and put the mat over your tub to dry out. Every once in a while, you’ll have to wash the mat. But with the basket, he can sit up, and put a few toys in the basket with him.

    Good Morning Ladybug!! First, the apples....Fuji, Granny Smith, Red Delicious, Golden Delicious, and Gala!!! Speaking of which, there is a wonderful apple orchards in the mountains of North Carolina, so you might wanna check what apples are in season when you go. September is a good time to go. I'm so excited to think y'all might be coming to North Carolina sometime!! You'll love the mountains of North Carolina, I promise!!! Every time I go, I just wanna stay. The pollen is still pretty here. I'm dreading the heat and humidity that comes with Summer. My parents and I went to Disney on December 26, 1987...and when we left NC, it was 32 degrees and dropping. When we got to Florida, it was 80 degrees, but it was dry heat. I won't ever forget that because it heat that wasn't uncomfortable. We've always had humidity where I live, and it seems to get worse every year. I've noticed it staying warmer, later in the year. It's not unusual for us to have a very warm Thanksgiving. Hope your week has started out great!! Sending Hugs and Love to you and all of your beautiful family!!!
