Very beautiful home. I love the large windows, the finish, closets, structure, spaces, and walk-in closet. This would have been an easy buy if the owner's bathroom was bigger and had a bathtub or jacuzzi.

One of the best designs I have seen so far for a tiny plot, family room can make a great office space too

The lack of trees in so many modern African constructions I see in the media is ridiculous. When I see those big Nigerian houses without a single large tree in sight, I think "madness and ignorance". And they cover the floor with concrete to make the whole neighborhood even more hot and dry! Madness...

Good exterior but very tiny bathrooms. The size of bedrooms too seem small, The toilet space in master is laughable.😂 Tell us the size of the plot.. i wish the developer had extended the building by 2-4feet to have ample space inside

This is a 40 by 80 plot and I believe this is one of the very best planned houses I know. Given the same plot trust me many would only do a small sized bungalow.
